Checking in was easy. The front desk person was wonderful! The breakfast was what was to be expected, nothing fancy just the basics. It was OK as far as cleanliness.

Had everything you need from a room for sleeping, shower worked and was hot, was very clean. Staff were great. There was free coffee at reception, which I discovered as I left unfortunately.

Nothing was “great”. Carpet was filthy, and being awakened by a hostile, argumentative staff member at 1:30 am, wanting to know if we’d paid, was beyond the pale. Of course we’d paid - we checked in after paying and reserving online.

little town.
little town. A few hotels and casinos to spend some $$ and have a good time. ♡ we stopped by the army base museum before we left. (Super cool) not a whole lot to do in the town but yes in the casinos and hotels.

Don’t try to save money on a room. Next time we won’t stay in a cabin again. Hotel is just fine. We were able to find a hotel the last minute!!!!
It was easy getting around the streets in Wendover. People there were very friendly.

Will probably stop in if traveling in that direction again, Salt Flats cafe is worth going out of your way for food if passing through, friendly service while getting fuel and asking about restaurants in the area.

At the front desk, we experienced the rudest check-in from the male manager. He didn't have a clue about the American way and we will never see him again.. I say to all stay somewhere else. Rooms were OK.

By looking online it said that there would be a price match, but when I was there, they told me that it would have only been through the people that I set the hotel up with. I didn't get the price match.
Best Western Plus - Wendover Inn has a good location. The only reason we picked to stay at Wendover was because it was 10 min drive from Bonneville Salt Flats. There were quite a few gas station and food options in Wendover too so it was convenient.
The Inn also served complimentary breakfast - bread, jam, sausages, cereal, good coffee and it was convenient as we could grab a quick bite before going to the Salt Flats in the morning.
A room in a private home in a residential area of West Wendover. You get exactly what you see on the pictures. Curt is a working man and a nice person, taking care that you have what you need. Don't expect a private cabin or a hotel environment. Everything was spotlessly clean, both bedroom and the shared bathroom. There is Wifi and a parking spot in front of the home.
Curt, the host is very reachable and cordial. As info states, this is for a room in the home, not a hotel. Host allows use of house kitchen etc. Very quiet. With rooms in hotels over $200 a night you cannot beat the price. Extremely comfortable beds. There are cats but they are "unseen" in guest area. Six stars. Will gladly use again if I am in the area.
Did not eat there, didn’t have high expectations for food at that place. Seemed like another places like those we had stayed for 5 nights, coming across the US from Virginia to CA. Felt like we were being ripped off in each hotel-East Indian owners. We slept under a cold shiny shower curtain instead of a blanket.
The room was decent (for Wendover, it was exceptional). Relatively clean, the beds were soft, the room was spacious enough for myself and my dog. I had ample room to set up his food, water and bed and still give the dog room to roam.
The price we paid is very competitive for motels and budget hotels in this region, especially adding the breakfast. It is a great stop point for Bonneville Salt Flats. Breakfast was good, although quite limited in selection.
Was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Wasn't expecting much and what we got was great! Clean and spacious room, great location, helpful staff. Definitely the best pick for the area! Would definitely stay here again.
Located really close to the stateline to Nevada but still in Utah. Nice stuff, ok rooms for this price. If you wanna come gambling to West Wendover or just for an overnight stop, this is the place.
Close to the casinos of West Wendover (if that's your thing) and Bonneville Salt Flats (my thing). Guest laundry on site.
A quiet nights sleep too. Thank you to my fellow guests!
My husband lost his license. And did not take cash. We traveled all the way from California. So our experience was terrible. Had to stay at another hotel.
