The location was very good. Despite comments to the contrary, our room was very clean, admittedly the furnishings and carpet are dated and does need updating. Our room overlooked the pool and at no time could we smell chlorine. The breakfast was good, waffles, bagels, bread, small muffins, fresh oranges, breakfast bars, yoghurts, scrambled egg and sausage, fruit juice, tea and coffee aplenty. The first morning they cleared away just before 9.00am however after that every morning they asked if we were finished before clearing. Weekdays 9.00am and weekends 10.00am. We stayed 5 nights, the staff were pleasant. Our room didn't have a plug that worked in the sink, but they quickly arranged a maintenance man who replaced it.

HUGE room! We stayed for a few days between pre-op and operation and we needed to be close to the hospital. I upgraded to a suite for just a little bit more $$ and it was SO WORTH IT! Huge space, hubby could rest in the bedroom and I could work in the living room without disturbing him. King bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was bigger than mine at home! EXCELLENT value!

Only thing good about it was the low price.
Only thing good about it was the low price. The Wifi was horrible. Free breakfast was a joke. Go out for breakfast. The grounds were no kept well, it was dirty. The only thing this motel is good for is to check in late, sleep, and get up and leave.

Hotel - We had to get our own towels as the hotel will not clean your room every day due to Covid 19 rules. Our room was cleaned every 4th day but once we understood that, we just got our own towels and took the used ones down to the wash room.
Shopping - The mall was about 1 block from the hotel and we felt very safe walking there to just walk around.
Eating - There were several very good restaurants within a short drive. We have been staying in Webster several times and the only thing I can say is we will be sooooo glad when the interstate work is completed.

This location was great!!
This location was great!! Our plan was to come here for the New Year and Kemah was only 18mins away. They serve HOT breakfast ( &they have this great pancake maker, the kids will love it!) The cleanliness was amazing. Especially during this time. The employees were very friendly (Eric, Max, Kitty were the names I got) and always asked if you needed anything. There’s very very little I can say I found anything wrong because well there was nothing wrong. This is a great location also because of the shopping area and parks!! The greatest perk, if you are a Costco member, they are literally in the same driveway!! You don’t want to miss out on this opportunity for a little getaway or family vacation. Come stay here!!

The city of Webster is perfectly centrally located around...
The city of Webster is perfectly centrally located around NASA clear lake Galveston Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Lots of good restaurants and hotels. They need to pursue a no-train horn city ordinance. It wouldn't be hard. There are gates and bells and lights at every intersection. I just think that a modern big city shouldn't have to put up with freight train whistles. Noise pollution.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Location was perfect as it was only a 30 minute drive to our final destination of Galveston and our Carnival cruise. We were coming from San Antonio and didn't want to risk the drive on a Sunday without a stopover in case the traffic was bad. So we drove on Saturday to get as close as we could and still stay close to the main highway to Galveston after a stopover at the hotel.
Traveled with teenaged grandkids for a quick get away few days. The location was perfect! Even though Main Event is right behind the hotel you would never know it. The restaurant selections were awesome, as was the shopping and easy access to 45 for quick drive down to Galveston. I am rethinking my hotel choices when we do go to Galveston for the week!
Great location on Bay Area Blvd with Baybrook Mall just minutes away and plenty of restaurants around the area to choose from.
Clean and spacious room with microwave and mini fridge. Great and steady wifi connection.
Breakfast was a to-go box to avoid people eating in the lobby area but if was a decent offering, basic, but nice.
My son wanted to visit the Space Center for his 11th birthday. This hotel was great for our family if 5! I also requested a birthday sign when I booked the hotel but wasn’t sure if they’d be able to do it. When we walked into our room there was a big white board with a birthday message and it helped make our trip even more special!
The breakfast was better than I was expecting. We have stayed in various Homewood Suites and this one has the best breakfast so far. The ladies working the food area kept it stocked and cleaned. The food is Sysco food that you get at any hotel, however, it was actually good.
Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It's more of a small studio room than a standard hotel room. Very comfortable and quiet. Location was great if you're visiting Space Center Houston, otherwise it's a little far away from city center.
The hotel was modern and attractive. Our room was very large and comfortable for a family of four. It was very clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good. The little pool was never crowded.
The bedding was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Good location if you’re going to the Space Center. Other than that the surrounding area was awful.
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, large breakfast area, one of the best breakfasts I ate during my trip to US (the only one with normal fruit salad), very clean
