Loved getting together with family in middle America and visiting well-kept small town farming communities, seeing miles and miles and miles of corn, sorghum, alfalfa, and sunflower fields with lots of lakes and wildlife. In town, you’ll find a wide variety of cafes and restaurants, museums, art galleries, and shops. Don’t forget to pay your respects to your relatives who have gone before you in well-maintained cemeteries. And there’s a cute zoo for the kids, too!

We spent much of one day in Watertown. I was happy to see that the city is thriving. There were educational and business opportunities there. I was blown away by the Redlin Art Museum. Plenty of choices for our lunch.

I stayed in Watertown mostly because I needed a place to stay for the night while making a long road trip. Watertown had several nice restaurants for a town that size and I was most impressed by the cleanliness of the community. One of the tidier and cleaner towns I have been in in the last few years.

Seems like a nice little town.
Seems like a nice little town. We just stayed there to break up the driving between Duluth, Minnesota and Rapid City, South Dakota. Didn’t do much in Watertown but really enjoyed the drive through South Dakota AWAY FROM THE INTERSTATE.

The Gym in downtown Watertown is among the best I've ever been to. Well equipped and a great staff.
I've worked out all over the USA, and this one is in the top 10.
They have a day pass rate for those of us who are just visiting.
1st time staying at a MyPlace hotel. It was great! Staff was friendly, engaging and thorough with property offerings at check-in. Am unsure with the property - is the kitchen supposed to provide plates / bowls, glassware and silverware? Room itself was very comfortable. I traveled all week and Watertown was my last stop - best sleep I had ALL week!
Thank you for the great stay.
very friendly staff and helpful. Very clean, well kept and stocked with your traveling needs. Great room, comfy beds. Awesome breakfast and beverages. We were gone for a week and staying at different hotel- motels in North Dakota and this was the best one that we stayed at.
Love the breakfast. That is one of the reasons we like to stay at Hampton. The hotel, especially the room was very clean. Everyone was very pleasant and the hotel was within walking distance of several places to eat. Will be staying again next summer.
The building has clearly been around awhile but the furnishings were all updated and it was clean and pretty quiet. Our room was half the cost of other hotels in town and a very good value for the money.
Super clean! Very comfortable beds. The staff was exceptional and helpful. The breakfast attendant was wonderful. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. I wish every hotel was this nice.
The hotel was clean and spacious. The room had both an inside and outside door. It made it very easy to bring in luggage. They also had cookies in the lobby.the breakfast was good.
