We absolutely loved the variety of breakfast. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well kept. It would be nice to have another umbrella for the hot weather but it was a blast for the kids. We really enjoyed the fire pit table, kept us all warm during the chilly evenings. The check in gentlemen was helpful but not super friendly. The breakfast attendant lacked customer service skills and always seems to have an excuse for any requests. Housekeeping staff was wonderful. Clean rooms, provided more towels when needed. Also appreciated that pool towels were kept stocked at the pool. Hotel is near a ton of places to eat like McDonalds, Taco Bell, Pollo Loco, IHOP, Dennys, Outback. We will definitely be back.
Moments from Interstate 5 and situated close to several main area attractions, this Santa Clarita hotel provides comfortable accommodations and is an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area....

The room was on the smaller side, but it was quiet and had a nice view of palm trees and a partial view of the pool (corner room). It was updated, very clean, the bed and bedding were comfortable.

Nice place. Looks are always deceiving. Had a severe ant issue. My kids and I were bit. But don’t bother trying to get some type of refund back, even half at the least because even with photos and videos of the ant issue all over beds, carpets and bathrooms, and photos of bites they will not budge. The master bedroom was infested with them, you had to get on floor to see them all over. We checked out so quick after noticing this. They also lied about count of beds then tried making me look like a liar when I had all the proof. I always take photos of everything just in case. I sent it all to booking.com but this company and the host do not give a crap. I am not even a person to complain but this experience was so disgusting and they all could care less. So just be careful and if you do rent this place make sure you ask about if their ant issue has been taken care of. I wouldn’t want anyone especially if you have kids to experience this.
Also, it’s hard to see all the ants in photos as these are just some photos I took before realizing there was so many on carpet and bed. I ended up taking videos instead but they are not loading for some reason.

Valencia is a small little oasis in the desert. They have a theme park, a mall with good restaurant options and an excellent dog boarding facility Bone 2B Wild so they had all we needed nearby and quick to get to.

Trash everywhere in halls. Terrible wifi. No maid service.
Trash everywhere in halls. Terrible wifi. No maid service. No hand sanitizer. Luggage carts not sanitized and extremely dirty. Horrible security and riff raff coming in hotel from off the street with skateboards using public bathrooms in hotel. Do not go here!

We thought the town was clean and there seemed to be a lot to do and plenty of places to eat. We went to Six Flags, and then ate at a Ramen restaurant less than 10 minutes away. We grabbed dessert at Coldstone in the same location and I got a cup of coffee. We contiplated taking in a movie at the giant movie theatre in the same area but we had our fill of excitement for one day and were all ready to head back to our comfortable room.

If you're stopping by Valencia, it's to visit Six Flags...
If you're stopping by Valencia, it's to visit Six Flags Magic Mountain and experience its coasters. SFMM is home to some of the best roller coasters in California, and west of the Mississippi! Getting to SFMM is easy, but unless you have Preferred Parking, be prepared to walk a long way from the lot to the park.
On day 1 of our 1st family trip my truck was stolen right out from their parking garage.i was parked literally 3 spaces from the front dor only to find out they do noy have amy cameras at their hotel. And they were so rude to me it was terrible.told.me there was nothing they can do for me and turned their backs. Police said it does happen from time to time.thought i was safe in their parking structure. But it was a nightmare ruined the whole trip for entire family who came.from all over the world to be there.
they charge $12 for parking, which was odd. They didn't specifically mention it to us at the time of the check in. So, after we checked out, I saw extra $12 for parking on my on line receipt. So, I called and explained the situation to the manager and she agreed to reverse the charge, which was fair. If I had known that they charge for their parking, I would have parked on the street. Specially when their parking lot isn't gated. it is an open parking area in front of the hotel.
A modern and comfortable hotel. Great size rooms, comfortable beds and friendly staff. The pool area was large with plenty of facilities (plus, no need to walk through reception to get to/from the pool, which is always welcome!). There's a great shopping mall with plenty of restaurants a few minutes walk away. Located in a beautiful part of California, close to freeways (but not too close), malls, restaurants and Six Flags. We'd happily stay here again.
Booked room online through Priceline. Went to check in after long day of six flags
At 10-11pm. Lady couldn’t find reservation, even though my email was from this hotel not Priceline stating confirmation of room. Kept asking irrelevant questions and eventually told ME to call booking.com. No thanks went to different hotel, I already booked room ms, that is your job!!! Didn’t give me a rate for a room so I left to another hotel.
The hotel was clean, room was spacious, nicely decorated. When I went to the check in counter to ask if the hotel had a water filling station, the gentleman behind the counter filled my water bottle and offered me water bottles to take with me. The dinning room/bistro was very comfortable and inviting.
very quiet room overlooking the courtyard. close a ton of dining options. all of the staff are so sweet and helpful. there are thoughtful details everywhere but especially shared/community spaces. most hotels can make you feel trapped in your room but the lobby is very inviting and cozy.
Room was large nice size,, beds were average not luxury, the pool is a nice atmosphere. Breakfast is a bit high for adults and kids under 10 considering you are a paying hotel customer. So we pasted. Other hotels in the area are just as nice with continental breakfast for cheaper price.
I really liked how clean and comfortable the hotel felt and actually was. The suites are perfect size, very modern and didn't feel like a hotel. Staff was very friendly as well. perfect stay and would stay there again. Break is also pretty decent as well.
Really good location near the Valencia Town Center. One of the few walkable parts of Santa Clarita. Parking was easy and affordable ($17/night) and the hotel bar had a courteous staff. Room was a good size and met our expectations.
Front desk lady has excellent customer service. She was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel and the other room was super neat.
I loved the hotel, ambience and decor. Lots of space for breakfast and the outside area super nice
Everything went well at this hotel; Of my room, I especially liked it's roominess, big window, good taste decorating,
all the counter space, the very comfortable "chaise" (or whatever's it's called) for guests to lounge on, etc..
the room was amazing, had everything for a good stay. the hotel had awesome spaces outside and inside and the breakfast was AMAZING!!!!! with variety and it’s less than 10 minutes from six flags and bars close by you can walk.
Great hotel, clean, safe area. Pool area was really nice and the pool was warm enough to use even in March. Breakfast simple but good quality. Rooms really spacious and modern. Shoping with 5minutes by car. Got early checkin.
You cannot beat the location of this hotel if you are going to the Six Flags theme park. I appreciated the included parking for guests, the friendly staff, and the close proximity to food and coffee.
