It was a nice environment. Like the hot tubs and the facilities. The shuttle bus service to the ski slopes and around town including shopping is a big plus. Would definitely recommend

It is all about the skiing for most people, and the Vail ski resort is amazing. Hard to beat as a ski destination. It is generally a very expensive place to stay but there are many options available to you.
As a town, feels a bit disjointed with the two main locations of Vail Village and Lionshead being separated. If you come without your own transport, get used to having to take buses/shuttles most places. Having said that, the transport system is incredibly good once you work it all out. Lots of places to eat, moreso in Vail Village.
As it is also under Epic Pass, easy to ski Beaver Creek during your stay in Vail, with a great (free) bus service mostly every 20 mins from Vail to BC and only takes about half an hour. It is a shame that the same is not available for Breckenridge, another Epic resort.

Amazing mountain!
Amazing mountain! You can’t beat the vastness of this mountain. There is something for everyone and every level of skiing.
The village is awesome with plenty of restaurants and shops. I would avoid this place on busy holiday weekends.

We visited during the autumn when the aspen colors were at their peak. Incredible views everywhere. Nice warm sun and cool nights. Village was pretty quiet as it was "between seasons" which made for a very relaxing visit, with no waits for restaurants, etc. Very easy to walk around the public areas.

Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town.
Vail is a beautiful and extreemly well mantained town. It is a credit to the locals who seem to take great pride in their town. It has the benefit natural beauty with its surrounding mountains. The free electric bus service that teavels around the town is a great way to see the sights including the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens which are well worth a visit .

I don’t recommend this property to rent .
I don’t recommend this property to rent .
1 custom service it’s very bad if you getting problem and asking to be fixed they never doing even you reach to they’re management
I rented this property for 5 nights and when I arrived was very cold I reached to them to fix they never did so I pent 3 nights in cold rooms where the heater is not working
The fire place completely not working
To take showers it’s impossible the water is just little ear don’t com hot water
The rooms on all the furniture dusting
I check out 2nits in advance relating with contortions of cold in rooms and they refuse to return money for two nights .
Very bad experience I don’t recommend no one to rent this property…
Cosy living area, well equipped kitchen,a lot of dishes and pots and even too many different glasses, a dishwasher was of great help and plenty dishwasher pods available,as well as trash bags and paper towels but we ran out of toilet paper, the grill on balcony was a bonus, hot tub was on site but we didn’t use it, other tenants did a lot 🤗.
Foldable sofa was quite good but the bed in a bedroom was creeky and the mattress wasn’t as comfortable as could be.
The location was perfect. Being near a stream and the Gore Bike Path (the later literally in the back yard) was a plus. The housekeeping, front desk, and managerial staff were exceptional. The front desk was able to direct us to an out of the way spot that the locals go to in hopes that we would have a moose siting along with advice regarding the best way to see the back side of Vail Mtn, They were all above and beyond.
The rooms are huge! I was so surprised by the full kitchen, living room and bedroom. The fireplace in our room was amazing after a long day skiing and to dry our gear out. We loved the hot tub. The shuttle is so convenient and they are so accommodating - it is incredible. It is about 3 min to Vail Village via Shuttle and if we needed a ride they came and got us. Hospitality was beyond anywhere I have ever stayed.
We really enjoyed our 5 night stay. Courteous staff, great location, and well equipped kitchen. Hotel shuttle running every 30 min to/from Vail & Lionshead made the stay much more convenient. We stayed on the top corner floor (Aspen building) right adjacent to the creek, which is likely their best family suite. Would definitely recommend that place despite some drawbacks.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are nice . However the front people are not so great. The gentleman who checked us in kept interrupting and talking over me. I did not appreciate that. His attitude that I donot belong there was even picked up by my wife. The valet young man was fantastic. Maybe the staff needs to learn How to treat customers from him.
The spa area/amenities were amazing. The rooms are spacious and very cozy. Our Mountain View had a fire place in the room which we loved. The massages were incredible. The views of the mountain from the hotel room are stellar and the staff are extremely friendly. In person, concierge was extremely helpful and attentive.
Loved this hotel so quaint and right in Vail Village so the location was excellent! So close to everything, no need for a rental car, food was great, rooms were great, we were skiing so the spa was useful and the gym though outdated had everything I needed. Would def stay here again! Was so pleased!
Tennis Courts were well maintained and seemed to be the focus of this place. Pool and Hot Tub were fine if very plain. Hiking the grounds was good but note you are 5 miles away from Vail Village with no restaurants nearby (except 1 onsite for dinner only wed - sat which we did not try).
Best part of this hotel is its location in Lionshead Village. Easy access to the heart of Lionshead, Vail Mountain and the Gore Creek trail. 15 min walk to Vail Village. Nice pool and hot tub overlooking the mountain and creek. Garage parking.
Great location in the Vail Village. We never took our vehicle out of the garage. Town shuttle was a block away. Plenty of restaurants, entertainment and shopping in the immediate area. Best kept secret for lodging in Vail!!!
LOVE VAIL - The best place where everyone can ski, snowboard regardless of their level of experience. Plus, the city is so charming and the food and bars are great!
