Breakfast was okay, the shuttle was good. I feel that I should not have to pay for a safe that I did not use. Even if it was only a $1.50. Also, I did not understand why I needed to fill out a form with personal information to be kept on file.

If you are happy to be indoors all the time and not have any fresh air, it is fine. I have not been to one of the resorts before and booked as stop off on a road trip.

The room was clean. Desk people are nice. The facility does not have a washer/dryer for guests. Many sports tournaments are played near by. Parents need to sometimes wash or at the very least dry hand washed clothes for 6am departure the next morning. The breakfast is not worth it. I wasnt happy with the choices of cereal. The eggs are dry, and choped into little specs. Powdered eggs, maybe? They were not real. I saw waffles, not sure if they had pancakes, definitely no french toast. The bagels and bread seemed old. Breakfast is very important for athletes.

We enjoyed the very delicious breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and drinking in the bar. We had a lovely time relaxing in the sauna, steam room and swimming in the pool. We were very impressed by all the dedicated staff. We stayed three nights and had a great time.

Loved the desk with the outlets and charging station between the beds. Loved how it pulled out! I know it sounds silly but we were very impressed. And the storage areas, fridge, wire pull out drawers, and the bathroom set up was great! very impressive and so well thought out! Also loved the coffee and tea station in the lobby. Great selection and thank you for including honey!!!!!!!

Breakfast was very good, ample and with many options. It was easy to come in and self-serve, and we were able to take out a breakfast sandwich for my daughter who slept late. The room was much bigger than I would have expected (a plus), faced a quiet backyard of nature rather than the highway (a plus!), and we slept well.
