Horrible customer service. Dirty rooms. There was alot of bugs in the room, pubic hair, long hair everywhere, smelled of mold and mildew. Shower didn't work properly, toilet wouldn't flush. Charged a much higher rate due to the employees being new and they made the error, in which we were wronged for the mishap. I would never recommend nor stay in the facility again. THE MOST uncomfortable experience I ever had in my life..not only we was being discriminated against because of the color of our skin we were also watched..To my understanding staff isn't allowed in your room when u leave unless you need housekeeping..🤔 The Manger waited for me and my husband go out for a bite to eat to come and check our room..when we got back to the room we was scolded about clothes being in the floor😪 ..I'm traumatized by this experience..😔

It was a bad service when we got to check in, the secretary said that it stunk a little that it was removed with spray but after signing and we entered the hotel it stunk like a cigarette factory we asked him for some blankets to sleep in another room they wanted to charge us $ 50 one thing is that It is a smoking room but the other is that it has a bad smell, honestly, it is the worst hotel plus I was with my three minor children, it was a bad experience in that hotel and Booking.com no use

Behavior of the manager or caretaker of motel 'Budget Inn' was too bad. All of a sudden they started maintenance of the hotel without any notice. They started making noise, making dust just in-front of my door. One of my baby started getting sick. When we noticed them, they started forcing me to leave this hotel at that moment. But that was not possible for me. So this was a horrible experience for me and my family. I will not refer any one in future. Very isolated place, food was expensive and with no taste, esp the Franco pizza and their so called barbacued 5 chicken, which was very blant no seasoned, terrible, will not recommend. Will recommend Tops supermarket.

It was in the middle of both attractions that I was traveling for. The high mark stadium and Niagara Falls. Checking in was just a little hard due to busy loud road being right outside, and there is tank with the filter going adding to the noise. But the cutest turtle lives in it so it didn’t bother me! Never seen such a diligent person ever. About room - better stay in Scottish in and save some bucks. You'll get big room towels, hair dryer and coffee machine with coffee. If you have any problem just call Tom and he will make the best.

If everything else in the Buffalo area had not been booked because of homecoming and the Bills game, I would have checked out.
