I liked that I was refunded my money back asap. But the expirence staying Thierry is only suitable for a homeless person. If your use to cleanliness I wouldn't recommend staying there. The owner or manager staying their was very understanding.

I love the location on right on King Street. Walkable to lots! You can park overnight on the street if you are out by 8am, but there are 2 hour meters after that on Saturdays. Staff is super nice and the lobby coffee is great too. I used the gym it was a good place if you want to fit in a quick workout.

The property was very modern and clean. Every single detail was perfect. The architecture, the furniture, the art work/paintings on the wall even the smell of the hotel was nice. The staff were absolutely amazing. Every single staff member went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The door staff who stood outside the hotel lobby day and night always made sure to open and close the hotel doors as you enter/exit. Such a nice touch. Even the bakery/cafe was perfect. We didn’t get time to experience the bar on our trip but even that looked fantastic. Can’t wait to come back!!
