When I needed to get the twin bed that was not provided I waited on the phone for a long time before front desk picked up my call. And the lines were too long at the front desk. There should be another person up front not just one. We had a dog across the hall in distress we phoned multiple times to place a wellness check on the animal. That’s were our complaints ended, that dog as we left continued to be in distress. I would not recommend this hotel and the amount of money we paid to stay there should be reconsidered when charging customers
