Gorgeous and eco friendly! Ebbys is an excellent place to get lunch or dinner and they have drinks to go and then the coronavirus pandemic time and they deliver to your room! Their food is five star quality with a three star bill! In addition if you’re staying at the Windjammer motel they have a pool, breakfast lunch and snacks at very reasonable prices and they deliver to your room. Lastly it’s only a half a block from the beach. If you’re having cabin fever this is definitely the place to come!

They should bring back more wheel games.
They should bring back more wheel games. We had perfect weather so it was hard not to enjoy all that the offer. I did like the large sand bar that was created everyday in the ocean not sure if it is like that all the time but it was great to walk out to and not worry about the waves.

We are used to Florida beaches.
We are used to Florida beaches. Did not realize we would need to pay for pass to get on beach. We were grateful for security, however seeing uniformed security and police officers everywhere was somewhat unnerving. Would have been nice to have a glass of wine or a beer on the beach but again that costs additional money and only in a designated area. We found the area to be a bit restrictive as mature adults and costly. If you are used to Jersey beach protocol, the beach is pretty and the people we met very friendly.

Liked the restaurants and the boardwalk.
Liked the restaurants and the boardwalk. The beach experience wasnt that great, you need to have a badge to get on and you cannot have alcohol, Funtown beach on the boardwalk was much better as you can bring coolers and alcohol.

Will be nice when finished.
Will be nice when finished. I grew up here and was disappointed. All of the rides & games were run by foreigners who were very hard to understand. If you play the games they scam you on the prizes. So sad. Used to love it here.

great location, steps from the boardwalk, across the street...
great location, steps from the boardwalk, across the street from the beach. The season didn't start yet but it was still lively and the weather was agreeable. Love the beach life atmosphere. Will definitely be back.
The hotel was in a great location and it was quiet. We loved having access to the room we were in upstairs from all around the building. We had a pool at the hotel and the hotel offered beach passes to the Seaside Park ocean beach also. We were within walking distance to the boardwalk and all of the things om the Seaside Boardwalk also. We were about 6 minutes driving from Island State Park. We could sea the bay and ocean when we walked outside our room upstairs.
I love this motel because it is in Seaside Park away from the crowds of Seaside Heights. It is steps from the beach and boardwalk. Sawmill, Sand Bar within minutes of the facility. More family oriented than most places in Seaside. Never experienced young people partying. The top floor is the best because you have an ocean view when you step outside of your room
Overall I was impressed as shore hotels have a reputation and this place was better than expected. The room was clean and had a fridge. The bathroom was dated but clean. The location was amazing. Right next to the boardwalk and directly across from a beach access point. They also had a pool but I did not go in.
The Windjammer is definitely a throwback to the 70's or 80's and although has a vintage feel to it was still up to date with stuff like TV's in the rooms and wifi. But like ashtrays available outside every room and the feel of a hotel community as guests greet each other all around the property.
We started a little shaky, but the staff was very responsive and made everything right. The location was great. A short over the dune and we were on the beach. Also a few minutes walk from several eating and entertainment places. We would recommend this hotel. A great find.
It was a “good” seaside Park motel. Location was great. It’s right on the beach. I’ll definitely go back. Was it the nicest place, no but no seaside hotel is the nicest.
