Home2 Suites By Hilton Roseville Sacramento, hotel in Rocklin

Located in Roseville, 2.9 miles from William Jessup University, Home2 Suites By Hilton Roseville Sacramento has accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking and a fitness center....

I contacted Home 2 Suites and bookings.com has as well. I asked them to reconsider a refund or credit on this 4 room booking. Home 2 Suites did this same thing to me in or around March of this year, the event we were planning on attending was cancelled and the. Rooms I had paid for were not refunded or credited, even though both times I contacted them within an hour of the event being canceled and over 24 hours prior as the hotel requires. At that time as Booking.com did Priceline worked with me to make it right and we were told by Home 2 Suites staff it was all Priceline’s doing that created the problem in reality it was the general manager’s doing in an attempt to make the bottom line look better. I believe what they did may be allowed under their hotel criteria, but it is an unethical way to do business. I have no doubt that they received my payment for the rooms and rented them out to others as well. I suggest people think twice about staying there. Sent from my iPad Sent from my iPad

Got into my King suite and there was dirt and trash on the floor. Looks very dusty like it wasn’t cleaned in a while. Asked the front desk can someone come clean it she said she would , came back to my suite and the dirty dust and trash was still there. Pulled back the covers and sheets and the bed had soooo much crumbs and dirt.

Rocklin is a nice clean town with historical areas and new neighborhoods. The Quarry Park is an unique and amazing playground for all. The big factors against Rocklin are the summer temperatures, way too hot.

We endend up standing longer So it was a Saturday that we ended up staying longer and they ended up charging me $300 per room and I had two rooms for one night so $600 for two rooms for one night totally freaking ridiculous and when I said something she just told me it’s because of the weekend

Great price friendly staff and great breakfast.

Great price friendly staff and great breakfast. As a doordasher I tend to work odd schedules. I was able to come and go as needed no matter what time without being questioned by staff or security. I appreciated that alot. Especially since we had an unexpected visitor arrive who was not given our room number and asked to remain in the lobby while we were contacted. I really appreciated that even more.

My stay there was horrible no maid service no clean towels, the refrigerator didn't work, the couch smelled, there was trash in the hallways, no coffee in my room I had to go to the front desk to get it, the key locks didn't work properly every time I left the room I had to get a new key the facility was dirty and run down, I WOULD LIKE A FULL REFUND BEFORE I WILL EVER STAY IN ONE OF YOUR HOTELS IN THE FUTURE

This home is so lovely. He has provided all the comforts that anyone would need for a wonderful stay, including wine, cheese, snacks and bottled water. There are a lot of towels and extra bedding, along with bath salts and toiletries. The facility is spotless and so convenient to everything. We love the pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue area too. We will definitely be booking any future stays to Rocklin at this place if it is available. We would highly recommend this beautiful home.

You’re greeted by a clean lobby that smells great. The staff throughout the building are absolutely wonderful! Shelly is the sweetest and always super helpful. Erik is great and makes sure everything is taken care of. All of the housekeepers and maintenance staff are the best around. Truly no complaints!

Rented the executive room for 9 days, was a very nice roomie room. Loved having a bigger fridge instead of a little one like other hotels have. Having a kitchenette was nice also. Didn't have to go out so much to eat, could stay in. Felt safe and could see my car from my room.

I love everything about the hotel except the parking situation. One night, the lights did not come on and it was pitch dark and two of the days there were work trucks taking up many of the parking spots. Other than that, it was mere perfection.

The staff was super helpful when I realized I had booked a “pet friendly” room (but we don’t have any pets)! One of the employees said it might smell so he took us to the room to let us check it out first. The room was great and no smell.

The receptionist that checked us in was trying her best to make the best of the situation she was put in. She was new and their computers were down.. I felt so bad for her. She gave us snacks for our troubles.
