I called to check in late at 5:00 pm. When I arrive 5:15, they said no room. Was ready. Children loud running around, I ask not to be on pool side, or near elevator. She said no room are available. So, I ask could I please see.roo. before I check in, supervisor said no, and continue to give me a hard time. I ask to cancel, they said yes. I ask to make sure I am not charged, they stated I would bot bre. Bad experience with a hotel supervisor.
