I liked the refrigerator and microwave in the bedroom. Fresh Bedsheets and towels were offered every other day during our stay. Beds were comfy for me and the air conditioning unit worked well. Close proximity (walking distance) to fuddruckers, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and other fast food offerings. Walking distance to route 46 Lakeland bus to nyc bus stop (1 hour and 40 minutes away to port authority bus terminal), only 30 minutes away from Newark international airport. Water pressure was strong and water heat was nice. Uber/lyft/rideshare services are frequent and available at most times of day near this property.

I stayed here to attend New York Fashion Week with my team and this venue was a great option compared to staying in the city. Check-in was a breeze. The staff was friendly. The accommodations were clean and welcoming. I submitted a room request and they were able to fulfill it. I loved having a kitchen! Breakfast was tasty. (The machine made pancakes for us!)
I did not use the business center during my stay, but I did catch a glimpse and it was nice.
The room keys deactivate if they get close to your phone. That was a bit annoying because I found it difficult to keep them separate, so I had to see the front desk a couple of times to get the card re-keyed.

Parsippany is a great place to stay if you have business or friends to visit in Morris County NJ. It is also only a 45 minute drive to Manhattan by car. Train station a few miles away in Denville if you want to travel to NYC that way. Bus to Port Authority bus station has park and ride on Rt.46 in Parsippany is available too. There is shopping and a movie theater. Tabor Road Tavern ,& Eccola Restaurants nearby are both very good.

The property it’s self was nice. Lobby Nice. Staff Great.
The property it’s self was nice. Lobby Nice. Staff Great. Room not the cleanest. There were stains on the couch, the, the top blanket and the shades in the room and on the TV remote. I am not a complainer and we were there for less than 24 hours so I just didn’t use the coach, or the top blnaket and washed the remote my self. But definitely gets a lesser score for cleanliness. Location, Staff , breakfast was good!

This hotel should not rent rooms till the renovations are done it is in horrible condition and should wait to their room accommodations are ready to be rented out I have never seen a hotel so old rent rooms and so filthy there were stains even on lampshades look like they had never vacuumed the rooms or wiped or cleaned the phones had dirt on them for years The are not up-to-date with iPhone compatibility only had old town phone plugs could not plug your phones in unless you had a cord no new accommodations for phones the tubs were dirty I just couldn’t believe it and I’m not a person that picks everything but I have never seen such filth the air conditioner filter was needing changed so it would not work properly ! Everything in the room was at least 20 years old! How old is one thing but dirty and filthy is another and disgusting probably hadn’t been cleaned in mini visits I am really reporting to the health department and find out who is over hotels because there is no way this should be legal to rent out! And paid way more than I paid for Niagara Falls Wyndham hotels! Also no breakfast in the front of the hotel was all roped off with caution tape nothing like any of the pictures they had online it should be called false advertisement I even ask what was wrong and they said the back was fine they were renovating the front so I was assuming the back had been renovated!

Parsippany is the place to be. Less crowded. Less pollution.
Parsippany is the place to be. Less crowded. Less pollution. Clean air. Cozy. Great environment. You just need to have a car to go around if needed and parking is free everywhere. More over, it is not too far from New York city. No long line to get what you need. Stay away from the city, come to Parsipanny and save money.
breakfast was good just the same thing every day is so boring 😴 room was big bed was very comfortable but then.are last nite we come from New York hotel look like it was took over by kids running every were all threw the halls very loud pull the fire alarm very very terrible a waste of my money a never be back again
Great experience, I was treated very well, the receptionists provided excellent service, the room cleaning staff were impeccable every day, the breakfast was 10/10! I want to thank all the team who were part of my excellent stay, I intend to come back more often! I highly recommend it. cleanliness, good beds, very good shower, minibar
The 1st room that we staying, the heating unit was broken. The gentleman that came in to fix it, realized it was broken and immediately moved us to another room without having us to go downstairs. This was great as we are senior citizens and my brother had recent lo y had surgery and was wearing a catheter.
Good location. Right off the highway. A lot of restaurants nearby. We were attending a comedy show that was right down the road. Staff was friendly. Room was clean. Over all not one complaint about this hotel. Would stay again. FYI Pool and bar were closed due to Covid but that’s to be expected.
Our room was clean and exactly what we would expect from a Holiday Inn. There was plenty of free parking available. The hotel has a Mexican restaurant attached and right across the street there are multiple Asian food options too.
The layout of the room with the kitchen and living area gave the feeling of being in a personal apartment versus a hotel room. It was possible to prepare my own meals and kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and cleaning supplies.
Bed was super comfortable. Room was very clean. Definitely worth the price. Only negative was the staff was not very friendly checking in and out, but not horrible. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.
the hotel overall was completely nice like many hotels i think that should be more involved in carpet cleaning the rooms on a weekly or monthly basis other than that the hotel was good
We registered and went to the room, very smiley, and the air conditioner didn't work, so we got out and got another room at Ramada. It is a very run down hotel
