M'agradaria destacar l'amabilitat de tot el personal, des de la persona que ens va rebre a recepció (crec que es deia Victoria), fins al personal de manteniment. Ens van fer sentir molt bé en tot moment i és d'agrair. També ens va encantar l'aire condicionat, imprescindible a l'estiu a Palm Springs! Era molt silenciós, cosa que no puc dir de la majoria dels allotjaments als que he estat als Estats Units.
