The hotel was safe, and the staff were professional. There's an iron, steamer, coffee pot, safe, and refrigerator in the room. The AC works very well. The pool and fitness room are very nice and updated. There are vending machines and a CVS medicine machine. There is a cafe, bar, and buffet breakfast on-site every morning from 630-1030 am. The parking garage is the cheapest in town at $45 per night.

- Good location because there was not too loud noise from streets and easy to go to Powell St.for using public transportation.
- Room size is perfect for a couple or a solo traveler. Also, they provided good quality of amenities.

I love that it is across the street from the Metreon Movie Theater and various restaurants. I was able to walk and grab something to eat, didn’t have to drive.
I also love their steam room that’s open 24hours along with their Gym.
