Requested a quiet room, tub, 1 pm check in Nothing was granted Moved me 3 times each day i was there, Room 1, day 1 screaming kid next door Room 2 tub did not work Room 3 tv and coffee maker did not work What did i pay for????? It was my birthday weekend and i am a cancer patient Very rude mgr Isadora, hung up on me 2 times I classified this as a DUMP And i am a IHG member, this how i was treated I have never complained before I absolutely feel the good reviews on this hotel are fraudulant! Please get me at least a one night refund totalling $139.00 plus tax Most sincerely Ms Gan

I love the location, clean environment, breakfast was the best, nice and polite workers, free coffee and water for customers, hallways are clean excellent smell. The elevator was clean!!! It smelled disgusting EVERYWHERE including the main office. The rooms were small & hot even with the AC’s. The breakfast options were close to none. I spend $185 in one night for a place that’s worth $50 or less. It felt like I was in a motel.

The pool is okay, the water was a bit cold but my son didn't mind it. I love that they have free ice even if I didn't need it that time. The free breakfast was good toox coffee is 24 hours but if you're like me who drinks coffee in the late afternoon (4-5pm) you might have to request for a refill.
