In general the hotel was good. But the main reason one gets a hotel is to sleep away from home. We couldn't sleep. There were kids playing basketball outside our room and the exterior walls did nothing to dampen the noise. I waited from 8PM till 10PM before calling the front desk. Even then the front desk was unwilling to ask the kids to stop playing basketball.

Room are great with a nice view. Beds were very comfortable. We love to stay here and are loyal customers. I could have stayed at Residence Inn for free but chose to pay and stay with you.
