I booked 3 weeks in advance, but arrived on my motorcycle after a 400 mile day of riding in the freezing rain, hail, and snow to find that the hotel had overbooked their rooms and had no room reserved for me. I had paid in advance, and have received no refund or apology, only blame for Booking.com not sending my reservation through to the hotel, which is not how I believe the error occurred. All the other nearby hotels were also completely booked due to an emergency in the area which put me in an extremely dangerous position of continuing on and riding in extreme temperatures in the dark on my motorcycle. No apologies were made, and no refund was offered.

It's the worst place. U should close it down.
Burn sheets . Doors falling apart . Shower curtains fell on my wife's head...
Old sheets towels full of stains ...
The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The traffic was loud even with our fan on all night. Maybe they could put late arrivals on the first floor. Someone above us Came in late and walk us up by walking around so hard and heavy. Around midnight.

Los Lunas is a small town about 20 minutes from Albuquerque.
Los Lunas is a small town about 20 minutes from Albuquerque. Has plenty of gas stations and restaurants which makes it a perfect alternative to actually staying in Albuquerque, which is exactly what I was looking for.

Los Lunas was a great place to visit.
Los Lunas was a great place to visit. I liked most of the people there, they were very pleasant and I loved that there were so many different options for take out and dine in and that they stayed open past 9 except a few but really nice place. They need more hotels to choose from.

The staff was great! The girl who checked us in was awesome!
The staff was great! The girl who checked us in was awesome! Beds were really so comfortable and the room was huge. No noise issues. Private and very close to just about anything. Recommend the tap room down the street for drinks and socializing with local brewers.
No breakfast served. Charged us a pet fee for every pet every day. No discount to buy breakfast somewhere else. We paid $90.00 plus taxes just for our pet's to be there in their cages, while the people next door had 3 small children that trashed the room and played loudly till after 10 o'clock that night.
Were they charged extra for the mess the children left?
i am a senior citizen and my dog shows are my hobby, but your fees make it impossible for us to stay at you hotel in the future.
The night worker was so kind and funny and down to earth made me feel really comfortable. This was the most quiet stay I have ever experienced at a hotel. The pictures on the wall in my room made me feel like I had a beautiful view even though my room didn't. It was easy and chill and the pool and hot tub were very inviting. The room was well ventilated so no musty smell. Very clean hotel. I was just extremely happy with everything!
Everything was great. I stayed here off and on for three weeks for work. The hotel is located in an easy to get to place and walmart is very close by which is a great thing to have as well as alot of places to eat.
