The beds are absolutely horrific and the hotel should be embarrassed. You had zero amenities!!! No food, no water, no blankets, no room service, no restaurant available to guests!!! There was zero customer service and nobody likes their job at this facility and that was clear.

Los Gatos is a quaint little town with lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the Tollhouse hotel. The Southern Kitchen is a great spot for breakfast in the morning. I really enjoyed being here. The atmosphere feels more like a quite apartment complex than a hotel so I could definitely stay on extended trips if I needed to. I'm stingy about mistresses and their severe very nice! The full kitchen was the coolest thing I've seen a hotel do so I wss very happy about that!! Its crazy that you get a mini home away from home for such a good price:) OH! Also the fron desk woman was very charming and helpful and at night there's tons of light fixtures around the light poles up and down the street which was fun for walking around being a tourist. I love Los Gatos!
I love Los Gatos! With the Virus it is much different than normal but they are doing their best! Love the Park in the middle of town. Nice place to sit and people watch and just relax. Lovely little town with some quaint buildings.
Lovely little town with some quaint buildings. Has a great farmers market on Sunday mornings. Would absolutely recommend Dio Deka Restaurant for fine dining meditteranean cuisine and there are many other choices for dining.

We stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room, which was nicely decorated and comfy bed. We loved hanging out on the patio in the morning to have our coffee and read. Totally surprised we had a full kitchen in our room. They went to the extra effort to put an air purifier in the room before our arrival since we asked for a pet free room due to allergies.
