We spent a day in Princeton, then another at Washington...
We spent a day in Princeton, then another at Washington Crossing and New Hope PA/Lawrenceville NJ. It was a short enough drive to those locations, and less expensive than staying closer to Princeton. I would do it again. Those areas are great for day trips. Princeton, New Hope and Lambertville had great restaurants.

I hate hotels (even the top luxury hotels are usually dusty) but I absolutely loved how clean the rooms were here! The staff are ALWAYS so friendly. The woman who checked me in this time was so sweet and helpful. Now, my whole family uses this hotel!

The beds were very comfortable and the rooms are lovely. We would stay again.
