Close to the airport, big room and good facilities. Only stayed overnight between flights, but would happily book again as beds were very comfy.

Staff were amazing especially Kevin Williams, he was very helpful. He even encouraged to register and become a member of Marriot and I did immediately.

The shuttle to/from the airport is pretty convenient.
Located 5 km from John F. Kennedy Airport, this hotel in Jamaica, New York offers free WiFi. Guests will also enjoy in-room refrigerators, microwaves and coffeemakers.
This facility should not be operating at all. The staff is poorly trained and ill-mannered-, making it unworthy of dealing with customers or guests. It should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

We stayed here one night coming home from overseas. the shuttle came when we called about 5 minutes later. we booked our early shuttle for the next morning when we checked in due to the number of people checking in and airline crew. No breakfast for us due to early departure, would stay if needed again. comfy room and efficient check in.

Stayed here for one night as flew in from FL and flight from JFK the next day. Didn’t want to risk bad weather so flew to NYC day before. Was expecting ho hum room but instead it was perfect. Very clean, quiet and comfy bed. Breakfast usual hotel fare but we weren’t expecting more. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

the shuttle took an hour to collect from the airport then another hour to get to the hotel via every terminal - i should have booked a taxi.
The hotel is OLD and very expensive for what it is which is essentially a roadside motel. the carpets are dirty and as old as the building and smell . The photos on the website do not reflect reality. the receptionist was not friendly, very grumpy and dint care to answers questions.
fast food available outside. no restaurants close by. For an airport hotel, id spend the additional $100 and stay at the Marriot or TWA.
THIS HOTEL IS NOT AS ADVERTISED and bookings.com should take more time to vet the hotels they represent. Everything about this hotel is stuck in the '70's
Free Shuttle picked me up after I called and had my luggage. I was able to take shuttle to JFK airport next day to visit TWA Retro hotel and have lunch there. I took shuttle back to hotel, grabbed my luggage, and rode shuttle back to airport for my Friendly, helpful drivers.
Reception area was a nice space and other travelers hung out and were friendly.
Very close to JFK with a shuttle service to facilitate transfers back and forth. The room was clean and reasonably comfortable, although the reception staff were hardly friendly or service oriented. There is even a Burger King (culinary delights) adjacent to the hotel if you would like to challenge your taste buds.
The breakfast is ok, standard hotel breakfast in US. Location is near enough the airport, easy for the traveller needs to go to the airport. The shuttle is very good in service to delivere the guest. The drive arrange well the guest to the car.
Shuttle to and from airport was great, breakfast was ok. It did what we wanted, reasonably close to airport, shuttle was quick pick up, short drive to hotel even in heavy traffic, comfy bed and then shuttle back to the airport- great
LOVED the cleanliness, large size of room, highly comfortable bedding, efficiency of staff, great communication between hotel and us prior to our arrival, adequate (not lavish) breakfast, grrat location for our needs.
really convenient to JFK airport and a lovely, comfortable hotel. good sized room with a nice bathroom. Front desk staff were super helpful. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a real bonus.
The room is rather big and the bed is comfortable. The hotel is right next to a Burger King. While I had to wait some time for the shuttle (approx. 40 minutes), it was great and free.
The provision of the hotel shuttle. The fact that they gave us the possibility to check out later because our luggage was delayed for a day. The staff is very welcoming and helpful.
Receptionist was VERY helpful and kind and professional. Hotel was advertised as an airport hotel, but is FAR away from the airport. Terrible unsupportive, soft mattress.
