First and foremost I would like to say this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in all my years of travelling to various countries around the world. My mother and I were visiting from Ireland and unfortunately due to the train station being located at Wells, we required a taxi to and from the station. We were initially advised Uber would work in that area but it did not and we were told after this by the hotel that they were notoriously unreliable. We successfully managed to get to the property after calling a local taxi at the train station. We also ensured to arrange a taxi to take us back to the train station with plenty of notice. 30 minutes before the taxi was due to arrive, the hotel was called to let us know they would be a few minutes late only and not to worry as we would still make our train. 25 minutes later no sign and I spoke to the lady working there. When I asked if they gave an ETA as our train was booked back to Boston in less than 30 minutes, she was shocked and immediately sprung into action. She attempted to contact back the taxi company who now were not answering. She straight away got in touch with her general manager, Kristin, who had no hesitation to take us to the train station at Wells asap. We made the train with 2 minutes to spare and to be honest besides the helpful nature of the staff throughout our stay which I was going to highly commend, the actions of the staff and the lengths they went to to help us in our situation were amazing and I was so grateful for their kindness.
Besides all this drama, we encountered various staff during our stay including the lovely Megan and Tasha. Both were super friendly and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was great each morning with fresh fruit, yoghurt, granola and a variety of breads. The offerings were very healthy and tasted great too. Also, the drink station was a nice touch and the evening salted cookies were wonderful. The hotel was very clean and tidy and in a beautiful location.

It was in an excellent location close to shops and restaurants. Also the rooms were a very good size with a range of seating options. The staff were friendly and helpful
Kennebunkport is a quaint seaside village! There is so much character and history in the town - plenty to see and do. Alisson's Restaurant and Batson Brewing are two great places to dine and have a cocktail or two. H.B. Provisions is a quaint store that is a visit back in time. Everything is so easy to get to - most within walking distance. It is a "must see" place!

The food scene in Kennebunkport is amazing.
The food scene in Kennebunkport is amazing. The White Barn in indispensable - bring the budget and be prepared to get wauw'ed. Plenty of other great places, at half the price but still wonderful (Lost Fire (steak) and Rosella's (sushi). Yum.

Enjoyed the 4 mile loop road and nice walk on walkway overlooking the ocean. Had the best warm lobster roll at Mables. Hard to find I found out later in our trip. Take time to visit Ogunquit and Wells just a few miles away.

Can't wait to come back.
Can't wait to come back. Great restaurants and quality shops. Love the leather store (Whiskey leather).
Lots of excellent restaurants.
Not an inexpensive beach trip but preferred over OOB. More for adults, less for kids.

Charming place with lots of history and beautiful location.
Charming place with lots of history and beautiful location. the Kennebunkport Trolley was interesting to both see the sights and learn about the local celebrities. Best to visit on non-holidays and weekends, as parking in the town was difficult and getting a table at a restaurant not easy.

The hotel staff sets the dominant tone of your experience at the establishment and my experience was fun, friendly and fair sailing all the way. After having a few laughs at the front desk and checking in I put on my board shorts and flip flops and walked down to Gooch’s Beach to get a swim in before dinner. The walk down to the beach is beautiful just as a walk but toss in few nice conversations on the stroll to the sand and a few more convo-s on the beach and it adds up to a really great day! Gooch’s is a wonderful swimming beach and the water temperature on that day was FANTASTIC! After the swim, on my walk back to the Kingsport Inn I made a stop at the White Barn Inn Bar-Jeeeeeez is the food fantastic- seriously I just came back from two months in Europe and the food at The White Barn had my eyes rolling around in their sockets. I felt that even though I was underdressed everyone on staff treated me as if I weren’t-which just shows their incredible professionalism. The location is fantastic. The room was super clean and the rooms have a newer yachty kind of stateroom vibe. Thank you Kingsport Inn staff and breakfast lady and delicious waffle lady. It was a very fun time.
Lovely view from room to river, the toiletries were very good and the shower was excellent. The complimentary light breakfast was good and nice to sit out on the deck watching all the boats go by whilst having breakfast, very relaxing.
Based very centrally in Kennebunkport so easy to step out of the hotel and be right in the middle of everything. Very comfy bed and the pod coffee machine was great to have.
Small tea and coffee station a small distance from our room and ice.
My husband and I booked Sunday night concert tickets at Vinegar Hill in Arundle, Maine and needed a place to stay overnight. Bill, the proprietor of Harbor Inn, was very personable and accommodating. He helped carry our bags up the stairs for us as my husband is disabled. He also took the time to find out a little about us and tell us about his history with the Harbor Inn.
The Inn was walkable to downtown Kennebunkport , so it was extremely convenient. Loved the big porch.
Despite its location near Mabel’s Lobster Claw, the hotel is very quiet. Our room (49) was small, but plenty big for two of us. Bathroom is small, but with a wonderful step-in shower. We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the pond. As COVID breakfasts go, this was better than most—fresh pastries from a local bakery, yogurt and fruit. The overall ambiance is of a small inn or large BnB. Staff was great!
KCC couldn’t have been a better stay for us! The staff was incredibly welcoming and the accommodations were cozy and beautiful! The location is tucked away yet a 5 minute walk into downtown Kennebunkport. Breakfast each morning was exceptional and they made us feel right at home! If you are planning a trip to Kennebunkport- stay here!
The location is really great. Right on the corner of the road that leads to the central part of Kennebunkport. You can park in the parking lot and walk to pretty much all of the restaurants and bars in the area. The staff is really friendly and the rooms are decent.
Pretty much everything you need in a hotel of this caliber
Sophie at the front desk was very helpful and informative. I felt very welcomed. The location is ideally set as close to Cape Porpoise and just a few miles from Kennebunk. The grounds, the salt water pool and the facilities in general are kept in tip top shape- making it a hotel far preferable to others in the area
This is a quaint, well maintained, well established play to stay in the heart of the Kennebunk/Kennebunkport area. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to someone planning to spend time in the area.
Continental breakfast was included, which you never know what to expect. Kennebunkport Motor Lodge had THE best continental breakfast I’ve ever had! Fresh fruit, fresh danish, yogurt, oatmeal, juices, hot tea, coffee, etc, etc.
I was very impressed!.
Staff was very friendly.
We loved the room with the fireplace, historic touches of the property, and the delicious breakfast. The location was fantastic and very walkable to the middle of town. The hotel was wonderful and we will definitely be back!
The hotel and staff were amazing.
The hotel is very clean. The views are gorgeous.
We loved the bar. The bar staff were excellent and food were also very good.
breakfast was very nice and had a good selection.
Immediately greeted by front desk staff. Walking distance to downtown but away from the busyness. By the water and parking was close even if the hotel is separated into two buildings. Close to Portland.
Waldo Emerson Inn is a delightful period B&B located just outside Kennebunkport. Hana is so welcoming and provides delicious breakfasts. Recommend highly for anyone enjoying a New England Road Trip!
We loved this boutique hotel! the deco, the location, the size of the room, the amazing staff ( Nico who welcomed us was brilliant!), nice continental breakfast, my favourite toiletries brand even!!
