The hotel and staff were very good and we enjoyed our stay.
The hotel and staff were very good and we enjoyed our stay. I had to cancel our original reservations and reserve a room a few days later than originally expected due to last minute work requirements. I made a mistake while canceling the first reservation and was charged $135 for the mistake. I called and the manager was not at all interested in helping me to obtain a refund even though there were only a few people staying during this off season. My mistake did not cost the hotel anything. It cost me $135.00 which the manager refused to refund. My first recourse is my credit card company and I have other ideas if they can't help me. We used this hotel last year as well and plan on using it every year if we can. The manager is the only employee we have encountered who is not friendly to the guests. I'm glad I didn't get to meet him. I'm doubly glad that the employees we did interact with were very friendly and helpful. This place needs a new manager as far as we are concerned because we want to come back but don't want to support greedy policies that only hurt the guests and make them reluctant to return. There are plenty of other hotels on Cape Cod.

We were very excited about staying with our 3 children.
We were very excited about staying with our 3 children. We booked a suite, but when booking we were not informed that half the water park was closed. We were extremely disappointed. As it was a non refundable purchase. Also unaware of the construction going on. We were so confused on how to get to the other part of the resort. We were walking through parts of the hallways with work being done. We were told we couldn't. When asked for help on how to get to our room the gentlemen couldn't direct us . We did enjoy the outside pool. The rooms were clean, the shower had nice hot water. We visited the restaurant and the food was really good. Maybe when renovations are over will have a better experience.

Having stayed in several places in Cape Cod during four visits to the area, I wouldn't stay in Hyannis again. We stayed to be near the ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. It doesn't have the charm of other villages and towns nearby. There are a few good shops though but excellent accommodation is hard to find there.

Hotels and restaurants and shops were all within a short distance from one another. Many things to do in Hyannis (we've been going there for years). Kennedy museum is a must and the beach at the Kennedy memorial is beautiful. Ferry service to the islands is right there and convenient. Just a beautiful place to visit.

Hyannis is a great town next to the sea with ferries leaving for Marthas Vineyard and Nantucket. The bars and restaurants are excellent. The parks are good. JfK dominates the town so plenty of history around.

Nice and central location at Cape Cod.
Nice and central location at Cape Cod. You can enjoy the beaches, walking through "downtown" Hyannis, along the harbor Side. There is a large Shopping mall just outside Hyannis.
But Main Street is the best place to strawl along and shop whatever you need. Restaurants for different budgets are available.
We might come again.
Room was well designed, comfortable, nicely furnished. Two stove burner, microwave, kitchen sink and refrigerator. Free breakfast on site. Updated bathroom. Staff was friendly. Free beach chairs and boogy boards available to borrow. No parking fee. Central location near a park, Main Street shops and restaurants, ferry transportation and harbor restaurants... all within a short walk. Two beaches within 1.8 miles.
This inn is right on Main Street in Hyannis across from Winter Street. It has free parking and there are plenty of restaurants on Main Street to cover breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are clean, have TV and a fridge. It is only a 15 minute walk to the harbour and the ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.
I loved everything about the hotel. are my 5 times staying there? The hotel is clean and comfortable, the staff is very polite and helpful. location is the best in Hyannis, right next to the main street where most of the attractions are located, also a walk distance from the Hyannis harbor.
really big, nice and comfortable room, windows could be opened (which is often not the case in other hotels) cleaning and fresh towels every day, excellent location, especially when coming by coach or train, only 3 min walk from Hyannis transportation center, indoor and outdoor pool
The hotel is located at walking distance both from the center of Hyannis and the ferry terminal. Rooms were spacious and with comfortable beds, also providing all required amenities in the bathroom and kitchen. Staff were very helpful and attentive. Overall a great stay!
This Inn was out of this world. We were upgraded and had the most amazing view of the harbour. The hotel staff were so helpful and there were so many different places to sit and relax. I would definatly return and urge others to visit.
Hotel is beautiful, spotless clean, peaceful and very well maintained, friendly staff members. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven and stove), plenty of bathrooms, great hanging area - family room, office space.
Great location. Ferry to islands steps away. Room smelled musty, easily to remedy with Febreze. Bed a little hard and stove is disconnected for winter. Hotel rep did call and gave us option to cancel. Would definitely book again.
I travel to Cape Cod with my sister for a weekend shopping trip every year. This hotel is modern and clean and located right near all of our favorite destinations. Staff are friendly and helpful and there's always lots of parking.
Great location, very clean property inside and out, friendly and helpful staff, great pool, close to harbor and ferries. I’m picky about hotels and this is somewhere I would stay again if/when returning to Hyannis.
Location of the property was excellent, right on main street so plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
Did not use the pool but it looked like a great facility. Room was clean and tidy.
The hotel is in a great location. The breakfast is excellent. This is our second visit and for certain it will not be last. The staff are friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.
