When we checked in there we’re dirty towels n the back of the door from previous guests. The garbage under the sink still has stuff in it from the previous guests. The breakfast consisted of granola bars and pre packed muffins. Asked for a broom due to a spill. Had to get it myself. Only good feature, there was a TV in the laundry area.

It was a nice clean room and comfortable.

It was a nice clean room and comfortable. Had a decent gym for a hotel and breakfast. I was there with my teenage son for a lacrosse tournament. We drove with 2 other families in a van from Chicago and arrived early. The lady helped us check-in early and was able to have all three families on the same floor near each other. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Decent Italian restaurant is located across the street and there is a very good old fashioned diner (we had breakfast- recommended by the staff) about a mile down the street

I think Horsham Hilton is definitely the best hotel in the area of Horsham county. I have been in the customer service industry in many different realms through out my career. Businesses such as the Hilton, need to train their employees to understand that whether it be by phone or in person, being that first point of contact for any potential customer is crucial for your business to succeed and survive. Friendliness and being helpful and learning to smile, can mean the difference between a happy customer and return visit, to word spreading that this hotel is not connected or concerned with meeting your needs. Communication with your customer during an unforeseen situation is key. And that did not occur. With all that being said, I would consider staying again for the weekend or a one night get away. A free night would have been a nice gesture on the hotel’s part for the inconvenience and lack of communication to its guests especially on a Valentine’s weekend getaway!

Horsham is close to great spots to eat like Spring House and Blue Bell. There is the Willowgrove mall near by. But I have no clue what there is to do in Horsham and I am from the Philadelphia region. It is located back in an office park that is not busy at all and there is a walking trail out the back patio that is about 2.5 miles.

not really much. I think the hotel is dated and dingy and I was very afraid to walk barefoot. For the money that we spent we expected a little more for our money. No, extras were at the sink for us. Just a bottle of shampoo and you should put that the breakfast is grab and go. We just needed a place to stay for the night, I do feel the pricing was too high for the comforts that are NOT given.

The front desk lady who helped us check in on Saturday, May 13th was very friendly. I wish there were more receptionists like her. The room was very clean and smelled very fresh. NO carpets! That was important for us. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with eggs, sausages, different kinds of bread, cereal, fruit etc. Overall, the hotel definitely deserves 10 out of 10.

The staff was AMAZING! Everything kept breaking, but they were right there fixing it and making it right each time. Really kind of run down hotel, but the staff MADE THIS PLACE! EVERYONE, EVERY SINGLE PERSON, was sooooo very helpful and friendly! Because of the staff, and this place having a full fridge and clean comfy sheets, we'd stay here again.

Everything, this is the only hotel we will go to in the area. The staff is always kind and efficient, the rooms are always immaculate, the beds are comfortable. We were here during the fire, it was handled perfectly, the rooms were comped, they were in the parking lot handing out blankets - everything has always been great.

I have stayed at Sonesta Suites when visiting Texas. I wanted to stay while I was visiting the Philadelphia area to see my ailing father. The bed and furnishings are very comfortable. The bed was great. Everyone on staff was great. I love the full size fridge and fully stocked kitchen with plates and utensils.

With one exception, the staff were very helpful and friendly. We have been visiting this hotel frequently for several years, because it is sensibly priced and well located for our needs. Unlike other hotels at this level, the bed and furniture were very comfortable.

There was not much to like. I suppose the price was lower than many other places in the area, but I would have rather paid just a bit more rather than be subjected to poor hospitality at a place whose sole role is to be hospitable.

Free housekeeping service is a big issue in this hotel. The frequency (14 day) is extremely low and it needs to be extended more on a daily / 2-day basis.
