Everything was exceptional. From when you first walk in you just feel relaxed. You hear the waterfall and then you walk in and everything is decorated beautifully. But the best part was the staff. They were amazing!!! They simply made you feel like a family you so wanted to be a part and of.
I am adding to my earlier review.
First, I just booked another stay next month, that should be enough to say.
If you have a car, another pleasurable experience you can have is to go to the Atkins Farm Country Market: great produce, deli section hand makes sandwiches the way you want them, and there is an ice cream shop in season. Best selection of apples, great for munching and buy small bags of different varieties which make terrific gifts.
Come to New England this Fall and visit Atkins and dine at Alina’s!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff waa wonderful.
I really enjoyed my stay. The staff waa wonderful. I wish I could stay the rest of the week. I love how the hotel is located near a local Aldi food mart. I was not a rewards member before but I'm now thinking about becoming one. Whenever I travel I will look for a Hilton Hotel. Thanks for the wonderful stay. 😊😊😊
The unexpected surprise was the conveniently-placed electric charger station outside the hotel. It was free, always available to charge my car and I found it of value to our stay in Amherst. The staff was courteous, professional and always helpful. Had a much-needed couple of nights’ sound sleep in a spacious and well-kept room. All the usual room amenities provided. The Courtyard Marriott was located very handily for our primary purpose of local college visits, and secondarily places to dine, retail stores, fuel.
Our room was newly renovated and in great condition. The beds were comfortable and the room was impeccably clean. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The workout room for the hotel is in great condition as well with a Peloton bike and plenty of weights and cardio equipment. Breakfast is standard fare of eggs, sausages, potatoes, fruit, cereal, juice, milks and coffee. They have almond milk as a milk alternative. The windows in the rooms do not open which may be a negative for some guests.
Excellent location, friendly staff, very clean!, large comfortable room. Great, fun place to stay while visiting son at Amherst. Easy access to all amenities, food, shopping around the corner and across the street (but the hotel feels apart from the action in a good way). Very quiet. We did not hear a peep in our room.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by a woman who seemed genuinely glad to see me. I felt welcomed at breakfast and the staff even extended ideas of local things to see and do. The food was varied and did the trick. Check out was easy and I left feeling like I'd not only visit again but I'd recommend this hotel.
We liked the breakfast and the cookies in the afternoon. Easy to get to the beverage station on our way back to the room.
TV was easy to operate. Linens were fresh. Hotel was quiet. Good location and easy to get around the area. Restaurants were easy to find and get to.
Nice King suite with a sofa (bed, which we didn't use) - very comfortable for a two-day stay. Very nice view through the window of the natural area behind the hotel, and the back patio seemed very nice. Location is perfect for visiting Amherst or Northampton.
We had an event to attend at U Mass Amherst so the location was perfect. The size of the room was great. It is located right off the highway so it was easy to get to. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet in the morning was great!!
The rooms were large and comfortable. The breakfast was OK. The location is great if you are going to the Hadley - Amherst area. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking right outside the hotel is great.
Easy location for visiting my daughter at Mount Holyoke, and for running in and out of Northampton to enjoy the town and get winter tires put on her car.
