The location was great! We could leave our car and walk to town. There is also a restaurant nearby and a wine and cigar bar with live music. The motel was so cute, quiet and clean. My Mom and I felt very safe in this location. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the staff were very friendly (as was the cat)!

Downtown Fredericksburg is cute with lots of shops, although most are pricey. Free street parking! Many, many wineries nearby!
Lady Bird Park is amazing! We were in town for viewing the solar eclipse, and they treated us like royalty! No charge for admittance. No parking passes needed. Tons of staff available throughout! Permanent restrooms and tons of porta potties. Free eclipse glasses. Food and souvenirs available. The park is big, beautiful, and well-maintained. We were in a car, but there were camping sites too. Surprisingly fast and easy getting out of the park due to folks directing traffic. Kudos to whomever was in charge of Lady Bird Park on April 8, 2024!

All merchants restaurant personal were friendly and polite.
All merchants restaurant personal were friendly and polite. Things went well with all reservations. The price for the rental was high dye to the eclipse. Even guides at enchanted Rock were helpful and allowed us in, even though we didn't have reservations.

I thought Main St in Fredericksburg was too expensive.
I thought Main St in Fredericksburg was too expensive. Most of the items we looked at were made in China and overpriced. We were disappointed in the items available and the prices.
I would have enjoyed seeing more of the town and learning more about the community.

Great town in the "Napa Valley" of Texas!
Great town in the "Napa Valley" of Texas! But just not Wine Country, Fredericksburg has so many things to do and great places to eat and drink. Early Texas and German culture mixed with a first-class atmosphere!

Fredericksburg was founded by German immigrants in the early 1800s it's one of the biggest wine making areas in Texas it's a wonderful town full of charm old old homes that are beautiful many many shops and a great place to visit
The property was spacious for 2 couples a toddler and baby. The location was good - quiet at night and not too far from Main Street. We drove to Main Street as we had a toddler and it was too far from him to walk there, back and along the streets too. The hot tub, firepit and grill in the garden were great and we used them most evenings. The beds were very comfortable and the TVS in each bedroom were a nice feature. The sofa and living room were spacious and very comfortable
Fantastic Hill Country location. Beautiful grounds and scenery. Remote yet a short drive to Fredericksburg area wineries and attractions. The cabin we stayed in was clean and modern. Rustic cabins are also on sight. Daily continental breakfast was delivered on time. It was simple but very tasteful. Owner communication was timely and appropriate. Go to the bluff at sunset. Highly recommend and will return.
Check in person was most helpful, checked us in ahead of schedule so that we could attend a musical production slated for 2:00 PM. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable. Assigned us a very quiet section of the third floor. Excellent breakfast selection. We stayed at a Laredo, Texas La Quinta Hotel 2 weeks before and our stay in Fredericksburg was also most excellent.
Location was great, hotel was clean and proximity to downtown was perfection. Staff was very nice and the pool and all the little sitting areas were very well kept. It’s not the fanciest hotel, but for the value and location, you can’t beat it. The free breakfast was a huge perk. I am so happy we found this spot for any overnights we now plan to Fredricksburg.
It was cozy, comfortable, very clean and quiet. I was welcomed at the front desk and my room was upgraded. This room was spacious with well-lit covered parking right next to the room. There was complimentary wine and bottled water.
The property is a great place to take a morning walk or close enough to walk to Main Street.
The pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s a perfect (very large) cabin with phenomenal views. You can connect with nature or drive 10 mins to downtown Fredericksburg. Every cabin has their own private hot tub that is well maintained. The bed was absolutely the most comfortable bed I’ve ever had.
This place was a great find! My husband and I stayed here for a few nights during our recent spring break trip. It was convenient to downtown Fredericksburg, wineries, Enchanted Rock State Park, and Luckenbach. The cottage truly had a Texas feel to it which was a nice touch - very charming!
Great budget stay in Fredericksburg! Clean, comfy, friendly staff, felt safe, and right down the street from downtown. No frills but has everything you need and feels cute and local, would stay again for sure!
The location was okay. The location was lumped in with a lot of other options that were closer to downtown Fredericksburg, so it was a little further away from the activities than I realized.
