This cabin is indeed unique. We spent the day in the surrounding towns, and walked the quiet road from the cabin at night. We sat on the front porch each morning and was greeted by a local cat. The bed was very comfortable. It was perfect for us.

Everyone who knows me, knows that my heart belongs in Fort Payne, AL. The little town is so friendly and welcoming anytime I go there to visit. I have made a lot of friends because of my ties to the Super Group Alabama and this is their hometown. When I come down, about 2 to 3 times a year, I hate to leave. It feels like home. Lots of sites to see, natural beauty on Lookout Mountain, and the history that is packed in Fort Payne. You can't not visit the Alabama Fan Club every time you go there. The ladies at the Fan Club are amazing and you never know when one of the Alabama Band Members are going to walk through the door and visit with you for a little bit. There are many restaurants to visit for an amazing meal, little shops down town, and you can usually find some music to enjoy while there. To me, Fort Payne, AL is the best, down home, place to ever visit. Alabama sings the song "My Home's In Alabama" no matter where I lay my head. I leave a piece of my heart there every time I go. Went to the 17th June Jam 2023, got home this past Tuesday, and I am ready to go back now. See y'all again in July and September.

The waterfalls were beautiful except for a few that was dried up from the heat, we ate at cracker barrel & the food was the best. We couldn't find Bear Creek cabins, the one old cabins dated back 100 years. We did go to Desoto Park, it was nice. The cabins there was not old and families do live in the park year round

I really loved Little River Canyon Falls and the scenic route. This is the first time we have been here so it was good. The only problem I saw was the lack of rain causing the falls to not be as pretty as some of the pics I saw, but overall the trip was a success. We ate at Santa Fe and it was fabulous. They had “Boom Days” this weekend. We enjoyed it too—it was awesome seeing so many people support their community.
I always stay at this property when I travel to Fort Payne, AL. I come multiple times each year and they are always very kind and always a smile on their faces. They are like family away from home since I have been traveling there for many years. I have no desire to change my place of stay when I come down.
This hotel was very clean and comfortable. My family and I were traveling for the holidays and just needed a room for the night. Our stay was great, and the breakfast was a nice bonus.
It was in a location that gave us access to a lot of places to go to. We will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Fort Payne Alabama
We did not stay. A lady from the hotel called me Friday to let me know that they were not a pet friendly hotel. And she said she would cancel our reservation.
