The staff are trying hard, but the building is old & shabby. It is clean but run down. There is plenty of parking, but open & unsecured. I did not feel very safe. In contrast, Food in Fernley is GREAT. I had homemade ice cream & fantastic sushi @ Sushi Moto. & there is a great Black Bear Diner Apparently people eat but don’t stay…

We were close to downtown, but not in the thick of it. We were there for an event, so needed a place where we could relax at the end of the day and have a good shower. We could find good places to eat, although we had meals at our event.ShirleyUnited States of America

Linens and room appeared clean upon entry, the lighting was good and plenty of outlets for charging electronics. Not many guests staying that night so it was fairly quiet. Heater/AC worked well. Did not partake in any breakfast offerings at the hotel, so can't comment on that. Plenty of parking and felt safe while there.

The check in was great and the staff person was super nice. The room was spacious and clean. Right near a casino with restaurant with delicious food and very near Walmart yay!!!
