We had two rooms: Both were clean and spacious and everything well maintained. The entry hall is inviting. Breakfast was good. As a family we enjoyed the cereal, dried and fresh fruits, bacon, eggs, burrito station and waffles. Also different kinds of coffee.

Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The bed and pillows were excellent, the provided toiletries were very good, and the shower was wonderful. The hot breakfast had many tasty options, a far better spread than those found in most chain motels.

The room was both clean and a good size, the ac worked well although noisy. The buffet breakfast was fine with sufficient choice.
Pinon Hill Golf Club & Riverview are great. Plenty of outside activities to do. Farmington Lake is the best! Plenty of Native American places to explore/navigate. Bike trails are endless...as are the food options. Chili Pod & 3 Rivers Brewery are outstanding. Thanks to Victoria @ Anytime Fitness, 3150 E. Main, for the 2 week pass. Super impressed w/that facility. Helped keep the weight gain to a minimum from Brewmaster Austin's IPA's @ 3 Rivers.

Farmington is home.
Farmington is home. My fiance and I come once or twice a month to visit my family and friends here. Many things to do such as going to the mall and stores and going for a drive to Navajo Lake. Just enjoy seeing everyone and the scenery here. Many restaurants to choose from as well.Get groceries from Sam's Club and Farmers Market to take back home w us here in Montrose Colorado.

Definitely would recommend 3 Rivers Brewery for food.
Definitely would recommend 3 Rivers Brewery for food. We went there twice, definitely try both places, the restaurant and the pizzeria. Both were fantastic, pizza was exceptional. Beer and the cider they make are really good!
We rented a pontoon at Navajo Lake Marina for a full day. The lake is beautiful and the people working at the boat rental place were so kind and nice!

The hotel was great.
The hotel was great. It was a little bit of a drive to where all the restaurants and shopping were. There is a lot to do in the area. We will be going back so that we can do what we missed. It is very easy to get around. We especially enjoyed the Veterans Memorial and walking around the river.

It's sad to say that Farmington is just a dirty little town.
It's sad to say that Farmington is just a dirty little town. They have some great views, that's about all the good I have for them. The town is full of crime and drug addicts. The town feels oddly industrial.
There is an area 'downtown' that has some cute shops but the riffraff in the area make it daunting.

Don't know. Couldn't wait to get out of the Roadway Inn.
Don't know. Couldn't wait to get out of the Roadway Inn. Parking lot was dirty, Lobby was dirty, carpet was filthy and desk clerk was less than helpful. No soap in room, window would not open, air conditional was so noisy, couldn't sleep. There were people on the property looking like they were waiting for their drug dealer. At 6:30 in the morning there was a knock on the door. A young black man with a baseball cap on was standing outside the door. He knocked several times. After about 10 minutes, he left.
Overall, we were not molested, shot and the car was not damaged. That's the only good things I can say about the experience.
While ☑️ing in the person had grt customer service. 1st rm no heater. Moved. When leaving 4 dinner. There was a person dressed in black. Frightful. Lot of transit, music/veh horns going off till 3. Morning yelled by the employee who took care of breakfast area. I wasn’t the only one. Others were yelled at for yanking door open. I thought it was stuck & waffle maker beeping to turn. IDK. It was once a nice place. It time to find a new motel/hotel.
We were on a 6-week road trip and I have to highlight that the receptionist (her name was Ping from what I remember) was the most professional and friendly receptionist we met throughout our trip (and we stayed in a range of hotels).
Moreover: Nice breakfast, laundry, and the nice size of the room made our stay a really pleasant experience
The breakfast was basic (scrambled egg, meat protein, potatoes, waffles, assorted juices, cereals, pastries/ breads and fruit) but always full. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room and hotel decor (Carpeting, lighting, furniture) were a bit dated, but clean. The staff was very friendly and helped me in every way I asked.
A cute, well-maintained hacienda style boutique hotel. Interior is nicely appointed. Room was large and looks into a quiet courtyard. Room had a fireplace and a large bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and the breakfast served included a good variety. Good location a short drive from historic downtown and restaurants.
I've lived in Farmington and was very pleasantly surprised by the property. It was located at the end of the street, very nicely landscaped, the room was decorated in a Southwest style - could have been a Santa Fe B&B. Coffee beans + grinder available in the room. The price was very reasonable. Would definitely stay there again.
I liked how cozy it was and the decor. The hosts were nice, especially the husband who took the time to show my husband around and answered any questions we had. I am very prone to smells the room did not smell at all, which was great. Location was great walking distance to downtown farmington. Very quiet area.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was fairly new and the rooms were spacious and clean. There was coffee, tea or cold drinks available and even a chilli if we wanted some for dinner. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.
To be honest, when I drove up I was concerned that I had booked a motel with outside entrances to rooms. Once I walked into hotel, I was reassured of my safety concerns. What a wonderful hotel. Breakfast had so many choices. Quiet night.
The staff was wonderful. The front door people and the kitchen staff. And housekeeping . Great Service. We scheduled 5 nights and on our fourth night. The hotel is very quiet and calm. Aka, I can sleep through the night
breakfast was great! pool is nice and clean! They have laundry service for customers. also a great big fenced in grassy area around the pool. great for barbeque. they are also pet friendly! i would stay here anytime.
This is a great hotel! The room was large and clean, the bathroom was sparkling! So far on my 40 night trip across the SW and South USA this has been my favorite hotel.
We checked out before breakfast if it was offered at this location. We were relocating and the hotel is pet friendly. This was a big factor in deciding our stay here.
