The room was pretty big for NYC hotel standards and even included a sofa and a little work desk. We requested a room on the high floor with a view and were really looking forward to that. The room was on the 25th floor and had a great view, the staff really came through on this for us and we kept the blind open at all times when in the room just to enjoy the skyline. We weren't expecting to eat breakfast at the hotel since US hotels breakfasts are usually really poor, but we ended up trying it one morning and ended up returning every single day. The bathroom is big and the shower is spacious, with all the amenities needed included. Cleanliness is top notch and the staff are very friendly at all times. Location was great and very central in Manhattan. The Subway station is close and you can use the hotel as your base for the city very easily since most things are near and the ones that are not are usually a couple of stops away with the subway which is close. A real win here. The neighbourhood can be a bit shady at night time, but that's kind of expected when you're this close to Times Square, don't expect anything else in the vicinity to be any less shady is my experience. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel and I will be staying here again on my future visits.

Perfect location for all theatres, walking distance to just about everything you would want to see. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us extra vouchers for breakfasts. Room was spacious enough for NYC. Ice dispensers on each floor were wonderful.

I have visited NYC several times and even lived there for a year. Taking into account the high hotel fares in the city, I think that Moxy is a smart choice. The room felt more ample than it was. It was modern, clean and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. I loved the luggage storage service, it was easy to use and extremely convenient. Besides, all interactions with personnel (including check-in and out) were very agile. The location was also perfect. I will be back next time I visit NYC!
