The wifi network is extremely poor.
The wifi network is extremely poor. I could not use it to make a call on phone without interruption. It was terrible connecting the wifi to my laptop. They serve the same breakfast every day. They need to update the key security to new one. Each room should have a unique security code. I notice that one key can open all doors to every room which make it significantly unsafe. The location of the hotel makes it easy to access both East Haven and New Haven with ease. There are some supermarkets around the hotel and cheap dollar tree supermarket to buy basic things. The rooms are clean, and the cleaners are always available to clean the rooms. They serve the same breakfast everyday which i think is not good enough.Samuel - 4.0Scored 4.0
It's good for a night, but not for an extended stay.
It's good for a night, but not for an extended stay. Much repair work is needed in the rooms, though the bed was stable and comfortable. But lighting is inadequate; furniture needs to be recycled, really in tough condition. Bathroom needs updating, with a remedial work needed. The shower works well, though. The fitness room is subpar: no elliptical, only a treadmill. And weight bench with limited dumbbells. That's it.

I loved the location right off of I-95 and within walking...
I loved the location right off of I-95 and within walking distance of Chili's and shopping. It was quiet in the room. No noise from the highway. The pool was small but comfortable. They could have put cushions on the lounge chairs. That was one thing missing. It would have been fantastic if a waiter came out to the pool to take orders for sida or appetizers. The Air conditioning in the room was grear and the bed clean/comfortable. I would return there. We went to the Henry Whitfield Museum in Guilford. Great place to visit
