Easy check in process, was very nice and quiet and we enjoyed the views of the community lake. The bed was comfy the bathroom was nice and clean, overall a very nice stay.

Overall, everything was slightly above average for comparable hotels. The room was nice and comfortable. I certainly had no complaints. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel like family the moment I walked in the door. I couldn't help but walk away smiling after every exchange.
