Friendly, helpful staff. Filled room request without a problem. Made room reservations for a future event, no problem, very helpful. Room was clean. Only showered and slept there, out the rest of the day at a convention so didn't really get to use any amenities or see what was available.

I had formerly written about a $50 charge that I was charged on the night I checked in. The charge was NOT dropped the next morning. I was charged the extra $50 on my credit card. I called the hotel about this. The woman who answered my call took care of the issue quickly and professionally and, when I checked on my credit card statement, the charge was indeed dropped. The staff was very accommodating, there was no mini refrigerator in our room. I was traveling with my special needs granddaughter and had items that needed to be kept cold. I called the front desk and there was a refrigerator in our room when we returned from dinner!

The Iron Fork restaurant was great and close by. There is also a mexican restaurant with great food and staff off of bloom road which was great. The only thing I would say for a family is to bring extra trash bags from home and maybe some paper plates, cups and utensils for those nights you eat in or bring leftovers from a night out. Also, dont forget your laundry bags. It can get messy really quickly in a room with 4 people.
