The most comfortable hotel bed (and pillows) I’ve ever slept on. Quiet. Well appointed room. Great size. Super friendly staff. The building is a little older but the rooms are updated. Everything far surpassed my expectations.

I liked the privacy the most.

I liked the privacy the most. The staff only came by for room service purposes. The continental was enjoyable and had a clean and spacious room with a television. The only thing I was not big on was the proximity to a main roadway.

Even the idea that "you get what you paid for" shouldn't be applied. I was travelling alone and didn't need much. If I was travelling with anybody I would have not stayed here and found something else.

The images on the internet are very nice but upon arrival everything changes. My reservation included breakfast and the place told me that it did not. The customer service was poor and the room did not look very clean. I even found cockroaches in the room. I only stayed one night and the next day I cancelled the rest of my stay and moved to another hotel.

My fligth been delayed overnigth, i called the place that I am coming the next day. When i arrived the next day they already cancelled my booking. reception renew my booking. Cockroach in the bathroom. I am not from US, I ask reception if she can help me to call taxi, she said it is not her job to do that, I am surprised by her answer, she can not even help me to find telephone number for taxi. Middle of the nigth you will be awaken of car blowing horns, people passing by talking loud. I regret booking in this place. Not recomended to my friends. Breakfast no good either.
