This hotel is on the outskirts (east side) in a new area. It was very quiet and felt very safe. The front desk attendants were friendly and made recommendations for nearby restaurants. We followed their recommendation and had a great experience at a restaurant nearby.

We were burglarized in our hotel room while my husband was in the shower and I was out for a long evening walk. They stole every one of my husband's medications and our clothes' for the next day. My husband took his evening meds and never left the room until the next morning after the burglary.

This was a very disappointing stay.
This was a very disappointing stay. The room was filthy, there was something white and creamy on the wall behind the toilet (not even kidding!) I cleaned it with a towel and am telling myself it was hair gel so I don't gag. There was sticky brown residue all over the counter in front of the bed, hair in the sink and shower etc. The remote didn't work. Jaden was great in trying to sort that out! The only thing going for our stay was the customer service. We stay in tons of hotels for our hotshot trucking business. We won't stay in a La Quinta again. I will also be leaving this as a review where I can. You did not appear to be understaffed in the cleaning department so I would recommend a manager go and double check what you are paying for!

Casper is a fairly large city with lots of good restaurants.
Casper is a fairly large city with lots of good restaurants. It is easy to get around, and shopping is okay but the mall has lost many stores due to the Pandemic. It can get pretty windy so bring a jacket with you. Had supper at Old Chicago that was very good and breakfast at Eggingtons downtown that was delicious. Shopped at Sam’s club and Walmart so got food and paper goods.

The room was spacious with all amenities available.
The room was spacious with all amenities available. The room was quiet. The breakfast offered was the best we have experienced--the area was exceptionally clean and well designed for easy access to all areas. The food was really good. The receptionist answered all our questions about near-by facilities, and provided maps /guidance on getting around Casper. Very friendly. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Like I said they need to help people out a lot more than they do. Especially people with disabilities. They really need to have handicap bathrooms. It was very hard to use the bathroom. Because the toilet is so close to the ground.

No AC in room that we reserved.
No AC in room that we reserved. Nothing on Booking.com or this hotel site mentioned that most AC had been out for a month and half. We changed to a lesser room for its AC. We arrived mid-afternoon and then found out the AC was out. With a car rally and tourists bookings in the area, we could not change hotels.
I am filing for a refund of my charges because of lack of correct information was not available at the time of booking.
The staff are really very polite and courteous. I booked my room after my pre travel booking turned out to be a horrible hotel. Even though I booked this room last minute online, and they were hosting an event which nearly filled the place up, they were still able to get me a nice room. A room without the usual loud and room shaking AC system was very nice. Having the thermostat with a central heat/air system was so comfortable.
Average hotel experience. Average cheap continental breakfast, fine/clean rooms. Could be kinda fun because of the in-hotel bar, I wasn't there for that though. Nice pool too, probably perfect for a family vacation, kids can swim while parents get drunk. I was just there for some business though so not worth the extra 40 dollars compared to a la quinta/Days inn.
The breakfast was delicious! This is a very clean and we'll maintained hotel. The machines in the workout area are stable and there's 2 nice flat screen tvs to watch. I brought my Yorkie with me so it cost a few $ extra . They have a floor of rooms for us animal lovers ! The front desk staff was great. Easy check in experience.
Very quiet. Well insulated - hotel fairly full yet couldn’t hear anything when in our room. Very nice room.
I like to take the stairs in hotels rather than the elevator when I can. This is the first one I’ve ever seen in which the stairwell was wide, stairs were carpeted (!!!) and had a nice handrail.
My family met in Casper to watch my nephew wrestle in the State Tournament. This place is even cuter than the photos! So homey and a great spot to kick off your shoes, relax and enjoy time with family!
Wanted a hotel close to the freeway as we were travellers from the UK and we were making our way up to Devils Tower and Deadwood. I researched hotels beforehand and this one fit the bill.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
I haven’t had fresh eggs from r breakfast at a chain hotel in a very long time and the green chili was delicious! Great job to them all!
Nice room, large, has everything. Hotel has had a light refurbishment. Very good breakfast and pleasant helpful staff, thanks for their help and advice on a few things.
This location didn't even let me stay because my ID said casper resident. When I have been out of town working for almost a year. Terrible place, don't stay here
Everything couldn't have been better. I've stayed at the days inn before & I wouldn't change a thing. I am going to refer Days Inn to my family & friends.
.
this wasn’t the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in and the fact that we had a little kitchenette in our room was great but that was about the only upside.
