Breakfast was good but they apparently cannot keep up restocking the item that apparently go first such as sausage, bacon, hash browns , biscuits and biscuits and gravy.

Good option for a stay in Carlsbad. The hotel is nice and halfway acceptable breakfast is provided. The hotel is somewhat north of town, so no supermarkets or restaurants in walking distance.
