I was pleasantly surprised on how clean and well kept the hotel was. If we have to go back to San Fernando Valley we would stay here again, It was nice to have the bowling alley there for the kids, they had a great time.

Not much, they lack customer service and they're rooms are not only stale and dirty but I think I saw a few roaches as well.
