This townhouse was close enough to Ashville to visit the Biltmore Estate and other Ashville sites as well as being close to mountain road access to go drive the Blue Ridge Parkway! It's a wonderfully centrally located property. However, It is in a neighborhood connected to other family's houses, and does not have a view per se.

What a beautiful and relaxing place to go.
What a beautiful and relaxing place to go. The views were amazing and the location was very close to many attractions such as hiking/outdoors stuff as well as close to Asheville. I will definitely go back!

Good point- right on Smoky Mtn Parkway.
Good point- right on Smoky Mtn Parkway. Bad points- under renovation, very dusty, lot of space under the door, curtains did not close all the way, very messy and overgrown with weeds right outside rear windows. Not very accommodating in an emergency-charged full price only though we were in the room for approximately 15 minutes. Time to change clothes to attend a memorial service.

we even saw two hot air balloons in the morning on the way to breakfast.

We chose Candler, because it is close to Asheville, yet in the middle of nature and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. It was a 5 minute drive to the nearest large grocery store, 12 minutes to the arts district, 15 minutes to Asheville town center.

We found this town hard to navigate.
We found this town hard to navigate. Street work had recently been performed with the street identifying signs removed and the street signs had not been placed back, so the streets were unidentified. We got lost because of the unmarked streets. By the time this is posted, perhaps the street signs will have been placed back.
I had never stayed here before, so I was skeptical at first. I always wanted to try glamping. This was the best decision I made.... it my expectations and more. If I came to Asheville again I would have to stay here. I'm actually going to bring my grandkids soon. The staff was excellent friendly and felt like at home. I'm very pleased this was my bday weekend and I absolutely loved it!!
The fact that they feed u breakfast and supper! The convenience of the location of the hotel to get to stores. No one bothered us it was very peaceful! The room was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Lovely, spacious, clean, updated cottage. Nice furniture, appliances, and household necessities. Perfect size for 4 people. Pet friendly. Beautiful fenced in yard with Jacuzzi Spa. The property was much nicer and roomier than we expected.
Beautiful location just a short drive from hiking in the mountains and the city of Asheville. The tiny house we stayed in was pretty private and you could hear the water from the stream nearby.
Breakfast was fair, but I didn't like that it wasn't self serve. I also didn't like that they had a tip jar there. This was part of my hotel fee, so I didn't feel a tip jar was needed.
