The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was good for visiting Bryce Canyon. We didn't visit the restaurant, but have done so in the past and the food is good.

Great location outside Tropic close to Bryce Canyon with terrific views. Spotless apartment clearly lovingly looked after by the owners who live on the floor above the apartment. Well provided with all needed to cook with lots of extras provided. And was special to see the house through our binoculars from Bryce Point in the National Park.
Rooms are good and clean. Spacious parking space. But no Washing machines, no Hot water was coming on this day when we stayed. The hotel was professional enough to monetarily compensate us for the inconvenience caused due to no hot water. I appreciate this gesture.

We toured all five Utah's parks over two trips this past summer and fall. Zion is our favorite but Bryce is a close second. Both have awesome scenery, one looking up and one looking down. We are "geriatric" hikers, found both the Bryce zig-zag trail to the bottom and back up, and the Zion trail to Angel's landing, reasonably well maintained and challenging. We were on a schedule so basically had one day (after an early morning run from St. George) to take in the marvelous views and do our hike before checking in to Ruby's Inn. Convenient, reasonable, and memorable, a find for two seniors on a budget.

This is one of the most beautiful areas.
This is one of the most beautiful areas. The hotel was clean, and pleasent. We had the biggest continental breakfast ever in a very nice barn.
There was inside pool and hot tub but we didn't have time to enjoy we spent most of our time in the national park.

The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos.
The room and facilities were NOTHING like the photos. The bathroom loo seat was broken, the room itself was tiny with little room to walk about.
The quality of furnishings was poor.
The decor was tired to the point of being worn out. The room had clearly not been refurbished since the 1970s and was NOTHING like the photos which were clearly misleading.
The entire experience was poor. There was no option for breakfast and calling the restaurant a “restaurant” was a stretch. More like a cheap cafe.

Amazing!
Amazing! I've always wanted to see Bryce and it doesn't disappoint. The views are incredible. Took a trail ride to the bottom on the canyon and the guide was very knowledgeable of the area and made the ride fun.

It was beautiful wish I could have stayed longer.
It was beautiful wish I could have stayed longer. Hotel was great right outside the entrance of the park. Trails are moderate and family friendly, must be prepared for the hikes, proper shoes and water. Sun screen also.
The best part of this hotel is that it's located literally 5 minutes from the entrance to the park which is awesome. Also, you can use a great pool in Ruby's Inn across the street. Same for the breakfast, it's available in Ruby's Inn and it's just perfect (definitely recommend taking a room with breakfast included, but come early to get a seat). Also, a hint for people who like local beer - there are very cheap awesome local Utah beers in the gas station nearby. Room was ok.
The room was very cozy and had all of the amenities described. Their breakfast had more options than I expected, so we were very happy with it! The pool was quite crowded when we went, so we didn't end up using it, but that was to be expected as it seems to be shared between two Inns. It was also a quiet location, so we didn't have any issues staying asleep. I would recommend this stay to anyone traveling to Bryce Canyon!
Right outside Bryce Canyon National Park, the park shuttle even comes to the hotel.. Pool was heated. Staff was very friendly. Bike rentals and Country Western Dinner Theater within walking distance. A little pricier than the other Best Western “Ruby’s Inn”, which is right across the street but worth it for the upscale accommodations with a nice buffet breakfast.
Very good entry point for Bryce Canyon. The hotel provided all the necessary services. Food, tours, Old County Music Show, etc. Room was clean and spacious, but this is alarge scale operation with likely more than 200 rooms. Busy place. Food at the breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty.
Bryce Up Top Lodge is ideally located for exploring Bryce Canyon. It is warm and comfortable, and has an electric point by the bed. The WiFi works well but is not secured. There is secure WiFi nearby at Bryce Pines restaurant, 2 miles west on the same road. My room was very quiet.
Reasonably priced for a touristy city. Was slightly cheaper than some of the other options in the city. Hotel had warm water, which was great, as we were anxious after reading other reviews on Booking.com. Breakfast was included at the Barn nearby.
The hotel is right outside Bryce Canyon and can hardly be more convenient.
It was very chearp as well.
Ruby's Inn is a couple of hundered yards away and you can eat well there.
The staff were quick to respond to an issue we had with the room.
Ok for one night, perfect to visit Bryce Canyon, good alternative to the pricier hotels next to the park entrance, breakfast was a bit chaotic seemingly due to lack of staff, but fine overall
Welcoming polite and helpful staff
Centrally located for exploring Bryce Canyon
Retro rustic atmosphere
Large comfortable room with quiet aircon
Great value buffet breakfast
Lovely hotel located in a perfect location for exploring nearby Bryce Canyon. Great for families. Lots of facilities, buffet breakfast, friendly staff. Highly recommend.
The hotel is very close to Bryce Canyon and there is a Mexican restaurant right across the parking lot. Hotel is very clean. Sea and coffee available in the lobby.
