The area was cute and comfortable. We liked that the rooms are spaced out from the others.

The drive was easy in August, but easy to imagine that it could be harder in winter weather. Most of the area is hilly countryside. Be prepared for two-lane road driving with twists and turns. Very pretty area overall.

The ease of checking in and the cleanliness of the rooms is a great plus at any Fairfield Inn . I love the beds and I always, always sleep comfortably. My husband and I have started getting the King size bed instead of two queens and find it ample enough to be luxurious. The new shower stalls are beautifully designed and this one had a massage shower head that was divine. I feel like we get a great deal whenever, and wherever we stay in a Fairfield Inn.

Me and my family loved our stay at bear creek mountain resort. My kids love the pools and the hot tubs and the kids playground and the walking trails and at night they like to sit by the fire pit and make smores.

The town was very secluded.
The town was very secluded. There were not many stores or other places to go near the resort. The resort did provide restaurants to eat but the food was pretty pricey. Overall a great family friendly hotel with pools and access to the slopes at a walking distance. Our stay was too short.
Location and activities are great, but wasn’t that impressed with the hotel itself. The literature clearly stated they were following state guidelines for all staff to wear face coverings and I did not see one staff member with a mask on, even the person who delivered our room service. That was really odd. My spa treatment was wonderful, but again NO face coverings.
Nothing! Because it didn’t happen. I wanted to reschedule my rest for the next day, after one hour of scheduling by mistake, and they didn’t allowed me and took all my mine. By the way I was resting often in Hilton Garden Hotel, and I am gonna think about next time. Very disappointed.
This is our 2nd stay at this location and it has also been great. Staff is friendly rooms and lobby clean. They have a very nice breakfast. Indoor pool with an water slide and outside seating with firepit. Very nice hotel.
Hotel was very clean, very well maintained, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The access to everything was easy to find. The room was very clean and the layout was excellent.
This location is wonderful, staff is kind, room and all area of the hotel is clean. Breakfast is great and outside area is nice after a long day of working.
