This was the best hotel hands down that I have ever stayed...
This was the best hotel hands down that I have ever stayed in. Right next to the hotel was an amazing seafood restaurant, and a short trip down the stairs takes you to Ben and Jerrys, Starbucks, a shopping mall, and many other places. There’s also a gas station right across the parking lot which made it super convenient. The hotel was very clean, and offered breakfast, a bar, and deserts among many other choices. The waiting area was beautiful with a bookshelf and clocks of different times around the world. It also had plenty of comfortable seating, and was well lit. The breakfast was delicious and they offered scrambled eggs, muffins, bagels, toast, boiled eggs, breakfast potatoes, sausage, cereal, orange juice, milk and water. The rooms were clean and offered full size bottles of body wash, conditioner, and shampoo. They also had charging docks beside the beds which made that super convenient. A mini fridge and a make up mirror was also super nice! The hotel was outstanding in a nutshell.

I had a few people tell me to not stay in Braintree that its too far from Boston town center, I felt not true, got on the red line at station within a few miles and jumped right on, no issues, also if you are going to Plymouth, Rhode Island, Cape Cod etc I felt great place to stay and avoid traffic

Disappointed that the pool/hot tub wasn't available.
Disappointed that the pool/hot tub wasn't available. Surprised that it was pet friendly! Being a dog owner that was a plus and would recommend this place for others who travel with their fur babies.

The convenience of being close to Boston without the hassle...
The convenience of being close to Boston without the hassle of staying downtown. Very close to I-93. Easy off, easy on. Also, Furnace Brook Parkway is a beautifully drive to the beach., and the beach is only about 10 minutes away.
Spacious and comfortable rooms and beds, big bathrooms, big fridge, plentiful towels and room service, complimentary shuttle within 4 miles. Location is industrial but the shuttle service made up for that, we used it numerous times to get to the train station, restaurants and the mall. Overall good value for money for a family, and a cheaper option to what’s available around Boston. Was great to visit Boston, Plymouth and Cape Cod.
The property is conveniently located. It also has an extremely fair pet policy/price. Staff is friendly and hotel was clean. Rooms are spacious and bed was comfortable. A guest had a mastiff that was unleashed. Conscious staff member addressed this which is greatly appreciated. Our dog doesn’t like her space invaded and the owner did not care that his dog was creating a potentially bad situation.
My room was like a tiny, perfectly appointed apartment. It was cozy and very functional with a huge desk and a TV that swiveled between the bed and seating are (that had a couch). I only stayed one night, but this would be excellent for a longer stay (which I know Residence Inn hotels are designed for!).
DoTo Very welcomed at front desk ☺. We enjoyed the room clean, all the pluses w/ kitchen. Enjoyed the great breakfast. We had to leave because of the flights were going shut down.
They were very good about it
Will want to stay in this room when traveling.
Thank, to all the employees at that hotel.
Super good hotel, convenient location, spacious room and comfortable bed, everything is great! The receptionist is super nice and helpful, the breakfast has everything we ever needed, free cafe in the lobby all day long. Will definitely stay again.
I didn't like anything about this hotel. I usually like BW hotels. The only exception is the night shift clerk. He was friendlier and a bit more accommodating than the clerk who checked us in, the day before.
Everywhere we wanted to go was easy to get to. The hotel is near a major interstate. The laundry facilities were wonderful. The rooms were spacious. The desk staff were friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Quick check in. Also Shayna was helpful with looking for a place to order food. Thumbs up and I also recommend (Braintree House of Pizza) quick service food was hot and Good. Room clean bed was ok
It was available for my desired dates, close to where I needed to be for the weekend the suite was ok in that it had a separate bedroom and living room area
