The staff was rude, there was extra charges upon check in that was not explained upon reservation per room. We paid over 200 dollars per room and had to pay 50 deposit on a card when checking in. We paid in advance for the rooms so we wouldn't have to deal with any of that. The continental breakfast was not free. It was 15.99 per person. But advertising as free on site. The rooms were small. The pool was small not heated and they provided no towels. The beds were hard. Overall the stay was horrible and definitely not worth anywhere near what we paid. We will not be staying again or recommending to anyone else.

The people there were very ignorant they were foreigners look at you crazy watch everything you do can't just walk down the hallway to get a drink out the vending machine without somebody staring at you literally I pay damn good money to be there and I treated me like a third class citizen or more so a dog in the street and they should be shame of them self but that's okay every dog got that day!!

The staff was exceptional, the gentleman that cleaned our room was helpful with our questions of the area and very kind. We wanted a good place nearby for food and was directed to the Req Room and it was amazing and good prices! People in the area are very kind and welcoming.

If you're looking for a clean hotel with great amenities this is the place. This hotel smells wonderful, great decor. Has a restaurant and coffee bar. Places to gather for conversations. Warm, homey feeling. Our stay was wonderful. We had a great view of the airport, we saw several planes take off and land. We had littles and they loved it. Beds were decently comfortable. The pools are small, but traveling in June I found the pools to be empty so we didn't mind. Overall this hotel lives up to the hype. Book it! you're 15 mins away from the Gateway Arch, minutes from Walmart and several eatery's.AAnonymousUnited States of America - 8.0Scored 8.0

Didn't get out much to see Berkeley. Mainly went to just relax. But did have a Clean, comfortable room. Friendly desk staff that allowed me to check in early. There was a bad smell coming from air conditioner so bring air freshener with you.
