The beds were very comfortable, with clean sheets and a light blanket. The towels were clean and fluffy. There was a very nice minifridge with separate freezer in our room, which we really appreciated. We are on a long road trip, so being able to keep food and ice cold enough overnight is helpful.

Rooms were dirty, carpeting dirt & grease stains, furniture was scraped up, old like it came from a dump. the place smell Terrible like a foul stank. The drive in West Virginia is spectacular.
The drive in West Virginia is spectacular. For us Beckley was a perfect place to stop overnight and continue our journey up north. The staff were helpful and very friendly and the guests were also very nice to talk to and polite.

great town with lots of historical sites to see, people great very friendly, clean town we took a train trip that was good. the town needs to catch or paint over the graffiti on building along train tracks, lots of choice for food, fast or family or extravagant, lots to do here we just didn't have time to do more.

If you like Italian food, steak, and/or seafood, Casablanca has it all in a quite setting 2 miles from Microtel Inns & Suites. Prices were so low for the food served, it blew me away! No better place to get value for the $ spent.AAnonymous

The clerk at the front desk was a wonderful guy! There are several restaurants that were walkable. They were also others close by but across a busy road.Breakfast was good. Scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits and gravy. There were breads available and yogurt. As well as the standard juices. There was some fresh fruit as well. No gluten free breads..but that is not uncommon.

He told me the liner workers spend thousands, my 86 dollars must not have been important. Hotel had garbage overflowing outside. The kid was rude from the time I walked through the door.
