The front desk staff was very accommodating and helpful. The rooms, pool and entertainment center (pool table and games) were all an extra bonus when we returned from our music venue. There are a lot of restaurants, a liquor store and shops in the area to pick from, all within walking distance. Even a wonderful sports bar and grill with great food and employees right next to the hotel thus we did not have to drink and drive. I would most definitely book this hotel again. Only thing to watch for is I was charged by Booking.com and Aloft hotel, the same amount for my room instead of just Booking.com. I have contacted Booking.com and am awaiting my refund.AAnonymous - 4.0Scored 4.0

Check in clerk was very rude & not courteous! The room had a blown out bulb in the bathroom , making it dark to shower ! When we checked out the clerk was equally rude & not at her desk ! We stayed in Alpharetta due to a concert my family was attending near by, and we needed to meet up with a family member in N Ga about 2 hours away, it was perfect, just enough time to stay to explore a bit, and then continue our travels, Alpharetta was lovely, nature everywhere, well kept, and has all stores and services you could possibly need.
