What I like most was the cashier, the part that I dislike was the roaches the holes in the blanket dirty coffee maker no coffee or sugar packs in the room no garbage bags in the garbage an CBS not working on the TV so I could have seen my Alabama and Georgia game. Aberdeen probably not a destination spot - close to several golf courses - adjoins Southern Pines, a quaint village atmosphere, about 10 miles from Pinehurst which is a golfing mecca! We go 4-5 times for the equestrian eventing shows at the North Carolina Horse Park. So I spend most of my time out there. However, dinners are in town. Nice selection of restaurants and excellent food and service. Easy to get around. Also, Aberdeen is connected to other towns so that makes for a wider range of choices.AlanUnited States - 10Scored 10

It had a full-service restaurant (and bar) but you could still grab a quick bite for breakfast from the continental buffet if you didn't have time to wait. The rooms were modern and sleek with thoughtful storage space in the closet area and a nice coffee and tea nook. Last but most importantly, the beds were INCREDIBLY comfortable.
