Beach we a nice private beach ..not busy ...lovely for sun set Room was wonderful they upgraded the rooms as the ones we booked weren't ready on arrival ..wonderful room with its own pool Didn't use it as we were out all the days exploring but it seamed nice enough ..the one that you could walk into was the nicer of the two

The Du Talay is a small family run hotel with 21 cosy rooms under Thai/German management. 4 years ago it was fully renovated. The rooms are very well equiped.

We rented the room with the jaccuzi and it was phenomenal! Spacious living room large bathroom with sea view, comfy bed, Netflix on TV. Large private terrace. The breakfast was okay, maybe a little bit bland after a while. The staff was nice, the aircon worked great. Good location to reach both sides of the island. We also rented the scooter (125cc) from them and it worked great. The beach in front of the hotel is not usable 24/7, at high tide it's simply underwater. The area around the hotel offers many restaurants, the small night market next to it is also nice.
