If i could i give them 0 star. Their staff is really rude and disrespectful. Our first night was horrible as their staff was very rude and start to argue and shouting to us just because i askt them about their deposit policy because there was nothing in the booking. Second of all their room service and cleaning is terrible They never change our bed sheets even when i ask them to change and never change it. You have to wait so much time for their car when you want to go to your room or came out unfortunately their property is not comfortable for walking to lobby. Never waste your money here as they never care about your stay or anything else

Hotel room was clean and good. The gentlemen called Mhe extremely good . The customer service that he offer during our stay was marvellous. I think he should be in front line desk to service customer instead of carrying bag. He speaks good English , friendly and helpful.

Staff was super friendly from the first day we arrived. Ended up extending our stay to 17 days. Was 1 block to Bangla road. Across the road from Bangla Boxing Stadium. Heaps of restaurants, 7/11 food markets next door as well. Nice pool on top of the roof and a good breakfast. When we come back in 2 weeks, we will be staying again.

We had a long stay for 8 nights and the property is superb for a family holiday. Resort has a Fantastic pool, excellent breakfast and the ocean view is great. We also got a free upgrade to a room with a plunge pool which was icing on the cake. The resort management really went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Very clean and well managed property.
