The entire location is very spacious and bright - it was love at first sight with the place, so we decided to extend our stay for one more night. Everything is clean, the kitchen is well-equipped (stove, fridge, dishes, coffee maker, microwave oven). The TV set is large, there is very good Internet connection. There are 2 balconies with a lovely view of the city.
It is easy to get to the historical city centre by bus - the bus stop is 2 minutes away from the building, and the bus routes are very precise regarding the times of arrival/departure. The city centre is not very far, but it is not worth getting there by personal car when buses are so handy.
There is free parking space next to the building.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the building.
