We was standing in front of the property and had to phone to the owner, who informed us that there were problems with heat. So we went back into the town where he had another house for rent. However this arranged us very good because we were going to the “Meddelalterfesten” in Söderköping and we could go by feet. This house belongs to the kommun, municipality, and was quite okay. There were 7-8 rooms, 3 toilets and 2 showers. Breakfast room was small but nice.

They cared for us like we were family members on a visit, but left us all the privacy and space we needed. Their care is obvious in all the details, in their service, renovations, breakfast, land and interactions, as well as in the rooms which all have a personality in themselves, and in the abundance of art on the walls. We recommend this stay to everyone! The location is perfect to explore Söderköping's gorgeous city center and surroundings.
