Amazing breakfast! Good and wide variety 👍 Excellent staff all round, especially Memonaa and Fatima at the breakfast check in. They were friendly, entertaining and always engaging! Everyone was very attentive to details and regularly checked in to see everything was okay for us.
Although the location was a bit further from the Haram compared to some of the other hotels, there were regular shuttle buses running 24hrs and it was about 10 - 15 mins back to the hotel.
Spacious rooms compared to other hotels in the Haram with well designed rooms, clean and new.
Overall we loved our stay, and will always be coming back to Voco whenever we stay in Makkah.

Location was very close to Haram sharif. Breakfast was superb, staff were very friendly and polite. Supervisor came to our table and checked on us. Loved their humble behavior. breakfast is more like arabic food. continental food can be added. Location is few mints drive from Masjid al-Haram. The good thing is hotel has shuttle service available 24/7. and it takes 5-6 minutes to reach at Masjid al-Haram bus stop from hotel. the bus stop is little bit far from the Masjid, so you need to walk 10-12 minutes to enter haram pak.
